Hi Stephen, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We're pleased to hear that you found the property well located and enjoyed the room and bathroom. However, we're sorry to learn that several aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. We will review the property listing to ensure all information is accurate regarding the bed size. We're also sorry that the welcome pack and coffee pods were not provided as expected. We were disappointed to hear about the condition of the communal areas; the unwashed dishes are left by other guests who may not have washed their dishes themselves,s o sometimes they can accumulate before any of the housekeeping team sees them. Your comments have been shared with the owner and housekeeping team so that these matters can be addressed. Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope to welcome you back to provide a better experience in the future. Kind regards, The Luxury Coastal Team
