We had a fab family stay at Cotilion, 3 generations and it was perfect for us. Lots of space, plenty of bathrooms and lots of essentials for us to use. The Welcome Pack was amazing and everything is well thought out. Thanks so much for letting us stay at your lovely house, we will be back

Perfect property for our family holiday. Ideal size and didn't feel like we were ever ontop of each other, apart from maybe in the kitchen. The walk up amd down the hill was a but much for both mithers in their 70's.

Salcombe - a great family holiday

Location is quiet and parking is good for 4 cars. House is large and easy to accomodate a large family. Front deck is a great outdoors space.

A fantastic family renter. Two lounges both well appointed, bedrooms R Us all very nicely fitted out

Walkable into town a comprehensive a Co oP in Island Street. We’ve been coming to Salcombe for 50yrs and it still makes me smile. We visited this time with three generations 14—74. Even in the winter they all enjoyed it
