Imagine beautifully furnished, beachfront condominiums located in the paradise of Destin, Florida. Enjoy romantic sunsets, cool Gulf breezes, sugar white sands, and the crystal clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Located directly on the most beautiful, sugar-white sand beach on the Emerald Coast, only three stories high with 47 units, our atmosphere is more of a beachfront getaway than a high-rise resort, yet convenient to restaurants, golf, fishing, and theme parks. And beach service, which includes a large beach umbrella and 2 reclinable beach chairs, is included with every reservation from March 1 to October 31. This 840 square foot, one-bedroom unit sleeps up to 6. It features a living/dining room with a patio overlooking the beach, a fully equipped kitchen, a hallway bunk alcove, king master bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa. This condo also has a washer/dryer for your convenience. Property amenities include: • Every unit offers beachfront views to the Gulf of Mexico
• Private beachside balconies • 280 ft. private Gulf front beach • Heated swimming pool and jacuzzi (beachside) • Seasonal Beach Service, included (2 chairs & 1 umbrella) • Gas grill area • Elevator • Free Wi-Fi • Cable TV

There is damage to the wall in the bathroom, the furniture is not comfortable and there were no extra blankets. We have stayed in this room before and NOTHING changes ever (for years). I will not choose this particular one again. Otherwise the entire stay was AWESOME. Been coming to the property for 20 years, Thanks.

Bill the older gentleman who worked there was a pleasure to talk to about anything I needed. There were only two issues that I wasn't pleased with. The shower curtain liner was filthy and had mold on it. I notified desk and it was promptly replaced. My other was the mattress definitely needed to be replaced. Sagging down on left side badly. Location was perfect! Beach and beach crew were very nice and helpful. Hopefully I will come back in October with my daughter.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We traveled with another couple for a quick get away. 5 days / 4 nights on very short notice. We booked units 304 and 307. The units looked just like the pictures. As air B&B hosts ourselves we are super sensitive to how clean a unit is. Both of these units would have passed our internal quality control with no problems at all. Both units were spotless. The only downside was that there were salt and pepper shakers, but they were completely empty. It was just a minor inconvenience. The dryer in the unit we were in made a rough sound and wouldn't work, I called Betty at the office desk late Saturday afternoon. She apologized for the inconvenience and let me know there were coin operated dryers on premises and if we wanted to use them to come to the office to get change from the office, so there would not be a charge. As we were packing up on Monday the appliance repairman came in. He diagnosed the issue and put a new motor in the dryer. Excellent response time.From the balcony we were able to watch the dolphins in the ocean. The chairs and umbrellas are complimentary and fabulous also. We will likely be back a couple of times a year now.

The condo itself was very nice, amazing views and steps away from the gorgeous beach. I loved that it included the beach chairs and umbrella set up every day.
