Recently renovated, this unit features Designer Furniture with King poster bed in the Master and two queens in the Guest, all with new pillow-top bedding. Design work executed by an experienced and registered Designer. Handsome new bedspreads for both bedrooms. Gulfgate Unit #105 boasts new 20" porcelain tile, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Special kitchen has plenty of extras for the 'guest Chef'. DAZZLING WITH MORE UPGRADES.......New kitchen cabinets and new Living Room furniture, tile and accent rugs. Bathrooms have designer cabinetry, spacious mirroring, hand-painted wall decor and soaker tub in the Master. Four TVs, including DVDs and VCRs for your pleasure. Bar area with ice machine and ceiling fans in all rooms, round out more of the amenities. Mirrored walls in the LR and Master bring the Gulf inside to you. Enjoy wireless Wi-Fi high-speed internet in the unit. Non-smoking.. The greatest amenity is that you don't HAVE to use the elevator to go to beach. Unit 105 is just above the parking on the end of the building CLOSEST TO the swimming pool and fitness center and close to the beach entrance without going through the lobby. You will find this one of the greatest amenties of Unit 105. Sitting on the 8x30 foot balcony makes one feel like they are ON THE BEACH ALREADY. Actually you could throw a rock from the balcony and hit the water.
Gulfgate Unit 105 is a spacious two-bedroom unit with Eclectic Beach decor causing dramatic ease to a comfortable Gulf setting. The 30-foot balcony will make you think you are already on the beach, just without the sugar white sands between your toes, while you drink a morning coffee and watch the dolphins play in the Emerald Waters of Destin.

The owner was very attentive and helpful throughout the whole process. The view out the living room and master bedroom is beautiful. If you are thinking about staying here, book it!

Perfect Destin Condo

The view is beautiful, first floor and a huge balcony. Quick access to pool and beach by stairs if you want to skip the elevator and lobby. Our 5 year old granddaughter loved the pool slide and the water squirting fish and alligator. Close to restaurants, Wal-Mart, attractions. The owner is wonderful and she responded promptly to questions and the email she sent allowed a seamless access to the condominium. The condo was very clean and well decorated. Hope to stay again. We were there over Labor Day weekend and it was very quiet. Also enjoyed the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella set up which was set up daily during our stay.

We are a 'divided' household with one from 'Ole Miss' and one from 'Mississippi State'. Both of us started coming to Destin for vacations when we were just kids and NOW in our next 'kid' life, we spend about 50% of our time either fishing or 'beaching' in Destin.

Why they chose this property

Location! Location! Location! That describes Destin Gulfgate perfectly. Destin Gulfgate is right in the middle of Destin....It is close to everything. We also bought into Gulfgate because of the quality of construction and the size of the units. Since our family likes to cook, we thought that the size of the kitchen allowed for family gathering in planning and executing the preparation of meals. Gulfgate is a community that is willing to work to keep the property at its very best with up to date amenities for its owners and rental guests.

What makes this property unique

Since Destin Gulfgate is only 65 units, its 465 feet of beachfront property.....right on the Gulf of Mexico, allows for everyone using our beach to be comfortable and not crowded. We have one of the best beach services available in Destin and your beach set up of two chairs and a umbrella will be calling you from the time you get up in the morning until the sun is almost going down. The new zero-entrance swimming pool and fitness center will be on your list of MUST DOs!!! Don't forget that with weather permitting, leave your sliding door open to get the benefit of the gentle wave action putting you to sleep at night.......what a great asset of being on the first floor(second level)........also being able to just use the stairway(and not go through the office or use the elevator) is something that makes one feel like they are in an island paradise all to themselves. Some of the other activities that you will enjoy outside, but close to our condo are the following:
The Track Amusement Park is just a very short walk across the street. The Big Kahuna's Water Park is less than 1 mile down the 98 Highway. The Destin Harbor Fishing Fleet, the largest Charter Boat port in Florida, is less than 2 miles away and we can offer good tips on who to charter with. There are 12 World Class Golf courses in the area as well as an easy public course. Destin Commons Village Shopping has many great shops, Bass Pro Shop, Hard Rock Cafe, Bonefish Grill, a Rave Movie theater and others nearby. Silver Shells Outlet Center, the largest Designer Outlet shopping in is within a few miles. One of the newer Italian restaurants is only a mile away. Put it on your list for sure.........'MIMMOS'
