King poster bed in Master with TWO queens in the Guest (and not crowded). Gulfgate Unit #105 boasts, new Sky Blue leather Living Room hidabed sofa, to include three leather recliners for added comfort. Bathrooms with designer cabinetry, hand-painted wall decor and soaker tub in the Master. TVs in LR, both bedrooms and kitchen. Bar area with separate ice maker(great for carrying a small cooler to the beach). Enjoy wireless Wi-Fi . Non-smoking. Unit 105 is close to the beach entrance without going through the lobby. 8x30 foot balcony makes one feel like they are ON THE BEACH ALREADY, just no sand in your toes.
We have owned this 'little piece of Heaven" since 1997. It is a pretty special place!
P. S. We offer a small amount of paper products to get you started. There will be two toilet tissue rolls in each bathroom and one paper towel in the kitchen.

The location was great. The condo is as pictured. The view is beautiful. Open concept and mirrors make it feel bigger. the condo itself is well situated for beach and pool access. Parking was very convenient. Elevator was really fast and provided luggage carts were very helpful. Beds and bedding were comfortable. The owner has decorated with her own artwork and that was a nice touch. We would stay here again. We had an issue with the TVs - they were not equipped for netflix/hulu etc. However, they fixed the main TV quickly. Also, the condo is listed as having half baths besides the main bathrooms and there are only two bathrooms.

Perfect location!

We have vacationed in Destin for years and this was by far our favorite space yet! You can’t beat the view and it’s an easy walk to the pool and beach!

Perfect little home away from home!

Jeffry was great at communicating throughout lour stay. He gave us all of our information up front in plenty of time and responded when we needed him. The condo was in a perfect location, close to all kinds of entertainment, restaurants, and the beach! The condo was especially clean with essentials provided and tastefully decorated. The master bed was super comfortable as was the rest od the furniture. We'll definitely keep this space in mind for our next Destin trip!!!

Amazing Stay

The property is very clean and welcoming! Jeffry the property manager is amazing and reccomend using him for renting! Everyone was very accommodating at the condominium! Views are amazing! Beds sleep well and plenty of room for 4 adults and 4 children!

This Condo was wonderful, very comfortable for 6 people. Great location on the first floor so very easy to use stairs. Gulfgate was very nice, pool and location in Destin was easy to get to. We were here for a wedding at Gulfgate and everything was so beautiful.

Amazing trip! I have so many wonderful things to say about this condo. The location of the condo is walking distance to so many fun things! The condo was very clean and the beds was so comfortable! The view is priceless, loved waking up and having our coffee on the balcony! The short walk to the beach is helpful with two little kids! Can’t wait to come back in the future!

Beach Therapy!

Fell in love with this unit the moment our toes hit the sand! We have been coming to Destin for years and this has been our favorite condo hands down. The unit was clean, quiet, comfortable and well decorated. The views were spectacular! I have never met the owners but felt as though we were old friends. Jeffry is awesome! We hope to return next summer for more "beach therapy". It's our happy place ;)

Beautiful Condo.

This is a beautiful condo located on the 1st floor above the parking garage. It is close to the staircase and on the end of the condo where the pool and walkway goes over to the beach. It is beautifully decorated and spacious. It has excellent views of the Gulf and a large balcony with both high and low chairs. We loved sitting out on the balcony and eating breakfast and drinking coffee along with watching the sunsets. Ralph and Jeffery were nice to work with and with them living in Destin they were able to take care of any problem we had in a timely manner.

Paradise

We had a great stay in our condo. The condo was nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable. It had everything you needed. The wet bar was nice to make your cocktails. The view was breathtaking, and it was so easy to get to the beach or pool. We had a set of stairs near our front door. We never had to use the elevator. Our host Jeffrey Armstrong was easy to contact if you have any questions. I asked if there was a cooler since we were flying, and he said he would try and get us one. When we checked in, there was a cooler! Book this condo, you won’t regret it

Near everything you need

My wife, sister-in-law and myself stayed for one week. Shopping (grocery and malls), restaurants, and entertainment were very close and easy to access. The condo itself was immaculate and artfully decorated with many choice furniture pieces (not your average "condo" pastels. Huge well supplied balcony not over the pool makes you feel like your on the water without dragging all the coolers and towels.....even though the girls used the complimentary chairs and umbrella each day. The pool was nice and clean. Access to the beach is quick. All in all I'd have to rate this one at the top and I've stayed many times in PC at Treasure Island. Treasure Island is a bit bigger but ease of shopping and eating and the beach access make this condo a better choice. Not to mention parking was a snap. Overall a great experience and when I go back to Destin I'll be looking for 555452.

Spread Out on the Beach During Peak Season

Juggling our work schedules and the school demands of teenagers and college students means we have to travel to Destin for our annual family vacation during the peak months of July. But thanks to the smaller capacity of Destin Gulfgate, the beach at the condo gives us plenty of room for our party of 15 to spread out. We opted for a house one year, and after feeling claustrophobic sharing the beach with too many other vacationers, we were back at Destin Gulfgate the next year. We have been staying in this unit for years. It is clean, well decoratged, comfortable,spacious and the kitchen is well stocked – and we cook nearly every night of the week. The owners do a great job keeping the place well maintained and updated and it meets the needs of our family quite well. Our favorite amenenity is the large balconies were we spend each morning and evening. The facility itself has an adequate pool, grills, snack and beverage bar, beach rentals and set up, a small health club and plenty of parking. Many propperties in the area offer more amenties. We have tried a few but always return to the Destin Gulfgate because it accomadates our desire to have a more quiet, relaxing vacation on the beach in a less hectic and crowded condo. The fact is we like to spend time on the beach enjoying our family who travel from Texas and Atlanta to spend time together in Destin so for us this place is the best bet. I do appreciate that the condo is centrally located so we can get our groceries quickly. The golfers in our family like the access to many nearby courses and our kids like to get out to parasail, go to movies or shop. Everything is close by and when they were younger, they loved to go across the street to the track and to the fishing piers a few miles down the road. If vactioning in Destin means lots of beach time, stay here, enjoy the quieter atmosphere and spread out!

Our stay was outstanding. The ocean view from the apartment is breathtaking. Beach access is easy and the complimentary beach service is a big plus. Owner is super accessible. Beds are super comfy. The unit has everything you need and it was very clean. This was the best place we stayed in Destin.

This place was five star. Everything was clean, the beds were so comfy. Jeffry anticipated our every need, both in check-in and in the stay. The couches and chairs were inviting. The balcony was amazing. We only put about 16 miles on our car for the four days we there because everything was so close and convenient. Our one-year-old grandson thoroughly enjoyed the pool, as we did we.We loved our visit and plan to come back!!!

Wonderful week at the beach!

This was a beautiful week full of blue skies, emerald waters, and lots of great food. Communication with the owner of the condo was amazing. She answered all our questions before we asked. The condo was well maintained and clean. It was equipped with anything you might need. We will definitely be back.

We are a 'divided' household with one from 'Ole Miss' and one from 'Mississippi State'. Both of us started coming to Destin for vacations when we were just kids and NOW in our next 'kid' life, we spend about 50% of our time either fishing or 'beaching' in Destin.

Why they chose this property

Location! Location! Location! That describes Destin Gulfgate perfectly. Destin Gulfgate is right in the middle of Destin....It is close to everything. We also bought into Gulfgate because of the quality of construction and the size of the units. Since our family likes to cook, we thought that the size of the kitchen allowed for family gathering in planning and executing the preparation of meals. Gulfgate is a community that is willing to work to keep the property at its very best with up to date amenities for its owners and rental guests.

What makes this property unique

Since Destin Gulfgate is only 65 units, its 465 feet of beachfront property.....right on the Gulf of Mexico, allows for everyone using our beach to be comfortable and not crowded. We have one of the best beach services available in Destin and your beach set up of two chairs and a umbrella will be calling you from the time you get up in the morning until the sun is almost going down. The new zero-entrance swimming pool and fitness center will be on your list of MUST DOs!!! Don't forget that with weather permitting, leave your sliding door open to get the benefit of the gentle wave action putting you to sleep at night.......what a great asset of being on the first floor(second level)........also being able to just use the stairway(and not go through the office or use the elevator) is something that makes one feel like they are in an island paradise all to themselves. Some of the other activities that you will enjoy outside, but close to our condo are the following:
The Track Amusement Park is just a very short walk across the street. The Big Kahuna's Water Park is less than 1 mile down the 98 Highway. The Destin Harbor Fishing Fleet, the largest Charter Boat port in Florida, is less than 2 miles away and we can offer good tips on who to charter with. There are 12 World Class Golf courses in the area as well as an easy public course. Destin Commons Village Shopping has many great shops, Bass Pro Shop, Hard Rock Cafe, Bonefish Grill, a Rave Movie theater and others nearby. Silver Shells Outlet Center, the largest Designer Outlet shopping in is within a few miles. One of the newer Italian restaurants is only a mile away. Put it on your list for sure.........'MIMMOS'
