Character house, located on the edge of the village, semi-detached with owner's accommodation and other gîte for 5 people. Possibility to rent the two gîtes for 11 people with a 10% discount on the price. Large 150m² terrace with shade, pool, garden furniture, barbecue and view over the valley and the Col d'Ornon. Swings on small plot at 50m.
Peripheral area of the Parc des Ecrins. Alpine ski resort and cross country at Col d'Ornon 5 mins; Alpe d'Huez 35mn; 2Alpes45mn. Fishing in the valley (license required). Swimming pools at 10Km and 20 Km
