Great base for cycling

Great location for exploring the mountains on bike or in foot; cosy, quiet and authentic house with a private terrace. We loved the place and enjoyed the hospitality.

Our stay in Allemond

Nice little cottage, 10 minutes walk to ski lift and lockers. Close to local store. We have had a great time in Allemond with the family.

Nice and cozy - perfect

The apartment is very nice, cozy and exactly as described.Very clean so we we had a very pleasure journey even if just for 2 nights.Super suggested!

Super summer break!

We have had a super 3 week stay- it’s an excellent base for so many activities and is ideally placed in Allemond, whilst still being tucked away and very private. Carole the host was excellent, and was extremely helpful, thank you and we hope to be back!

Beautiful chalet in a sympathetically restored barn. Carole was very accommodating especially as our flight was delayed 4 hours. Just beware the stairs to the upstairs are very steep.

Great Chalet in middle of Allemond

Lovely chalet in centre of Allemond. Close to restaurants spar and lifts. Underground cellar, log stove. 8 people would be a squeeze - 6 was fine

Great location for cycling

Ideal location for the area if the intention is to cycle, easy access to the famous climbs of the Col du Glandon, Croix de Fer, Alpe D'Huez and many more if you're up to the distances. The property was ideal for us, a private garden area which can be used to relax in and the property had all the facilities we needed for our stay. The stairs are steep so if you are not so agile access to the bedrooms needs to be considered but for most this won't be an issue. The owner was very nice and helpful and was able to guide us despite our woeful French speaking skills.

Accueil agréable et discret. Chalet très bien aménagé, joli, chaleureux décoré avec goût. Très bien équipé. Pour l’améliorer, trouver des solutions pour augmenter le rangement très réduit notamment dans les chambres. Village agréable très bien desservi avec un télécabine reliant OZ et L’Alpes d’Huez rapide et efficace.Commerçant accueillant et souriant. Toutes les conditions réunies pour passer un très bon séjour.

Chalet calme car en retrait d'une route (déjà peu bruyante).Terrasse face à l'orée d'un bois qui nous a permis de voir des sangliers, belettes et ... un cerf !Equipement correct.Propriétaire à l'écoute et réactive.Séjour top.Chalet proche d'une supérette, boulangerie, lac, remonte pentes, piscine (entre 5 et 15mn à pieds).

Tout était conforme à l'annonce, logement un peu petit (surtout en haut pour dormir jusqu'à 8 personnes), mais très confortable et bien équipé. Très calme et en même temps proche du centre du village. Je recommande !
