Very well located, just 5 km from city centre Marbella, 2 km from the beach, and 1 km from the Santa Clara Golf Club. It’s a 5-minute drive from the area’s main shopping centers, stores, and restaurants, and 7 minutes from Puerto Banús and its nightlife.
The villa features a beautiful 800 m² garden with a pool, barbecue, pergola, chill-out area, and a play area with a basketball hoop. Board games, PlayStation 3. Features a private parking area with space for 2 cars, a patio, a spacious terrace, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi.
A two-story villa with 5 bedrooms—some with a double bed and others with 2 single beds. Accommodates 10–12 people. Features 3 bathrooms, 1 half-bath, and a large living/dining room with a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. The villa is very comfortable, quiet, and cosy—perfect for holidays and relaxation
