Enjoy your stay in Unit 301 newly renovated in 2020. It comfortably sleeps 6 with a king in the master bedroom with flat screen 43" TV with DVD player, king in the guest bedroom with flat screen 32" TV with built in DVD player, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower and stack-able washer and dryer for your convenience. There is a 50" Smart TV with Blu-ray/DVD player in the living room. There is ceramic plank tile throughout the condo with extra soundproofing for a quiet comfortable stay. The bedrooms also have plantation shutters. The kitchen has been updated with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Amenities include beach with free beach set up (March 1 - October 31), fitness center, tennis, pickleball, and shuffleboard courts, 2 pools and hot tubs, grilling area and free wi-fi. Enjoy the crystal white beaches and emerald green waters just steps away.
