Our stay was May 2026, this spacious ocean front condo is absolutely beautiful. It was clean, had all the supplies we needed, walking distance to shops, grocery store, and even an ice cream shop. It had plenty of room for 6 adult's. The beachs white sand, and crystal blue water will have us coming back.

Perfect spot

Thank you for your use of your condo, owner was fabulous and very responsive! Condo and pool was perfect for a location close to everything and when it was too cold for the beach the pool was heated!

Great condo with plenty of room. Easy beach access and loved having the umbrella and chairs. Convenient location and plenty of amenities. Check in and check out we’re super easy and convenient.

Fall break at the beach!

Our family traveled from Tennessee to enjoy Destin over fall break. With four children, it was so nice being just a short walk from the beach. We really appreciated the beach rentals as well! We enjoyed our stay at Jessica’s condo and hope to visit again in the future.

It was great except for everytime we left the guards gave us trouble

It was very nice the host was great but security even though we provided our liscense plate hassled us about having to go through them everytime we left which was a hassle

Host was great from the beginning. All necessary information provided well before arrival. Late September is a great time for Destin. Not so busy! The condo was clean and everything we needed upon arrival was there. We were in building 3 which is furthest to the beach, but that is still a short sidewalk path to the beach entrance. Highly recommend.

Condo was OK and the price was good, but we were very disappointed that tennis and Pickle ball courts were not available. My wife and I selected this condo due to fact it was in Shoreline Towers. My parents (now deceased) lived in the towers when I was a kid and my wife and I played a lot of tennis on their courts. We were very disappointed that the courts were demolished (had been since early 2025) yet the paperwork cited Tennis as being available.

Glad you liked the codo, sorry for the inconvenience incurred due to tennis court renovation. You booked the unit at the end of March 2025 (about one year before check-in) and 7 months later, in October, the HOA started to renovate the tennis court. The new tennis/pickle ball tennis court is about to open soon. Should you let us know you prefer to play tennis during your stay, we can have it arranged for you b/c we have tennis courts available at a neighboring resort.

Super clean and fresh! Everything was perfect! The location is literally perfect! Close to nearby stores, but right on the beach! Love the quiet atmosphere even though you are so close to the local amenities! Will absolutely come back and refer to all my friends!!

Great Location and Place

Pool is heated and really big. Fitness center is fantastic. Walk to the beach and the beach service was great. Only bad thing was two nights they were working on construction until 11pm. Really annoying but it won’t deter us from coming back.
