It’s located directly in the city centre on the principal way, 250m walking from beaches and close to all facilities such as shops, supermarket, restaurants, banks, pubs and discos. Every Thursday morning you can’t fail to visit the characteristic weekly market of Imperia (100M), where many tourists and locals people love to shop.

This lovely apartment has 2 bedrooms, living room with sofa-bed, dining room with kitchen corner and bathroom with bathtub. It’s equipped with 1 double bed, 2 single beds, 1 sofa bed for 2 people, Tv (only Italian channel), Kettle, Internet Wi-Fi free, washing machine, heating, iron and ironing board. Pets are not allowed. Public free parking is 100m far from the apartment that is on the 1st floor.

Cycling path starts in San Lorenzo al Mare (5Km from apartment) and could be a good reason for your holiday. This is why we want to write you few information about it, because really this is a very nice way to discover Riviera of Flowers area… The cycling trail first meanders through the palm-lined streets of San Remo then down the rocky coastline with great views of the blue sea and beaches whilst passing through through some delightful little villages, such as Bussana, Arma di Taggia (crossing the Argentina river) and Santo Stefano al Mare (probably the most picturesque section of the trip). Ideal for families with kids!

Große und zentral gelegene FeWo

Der Check-in und die Kommunikation mit Alessio im Vorfeld und vor Ort waren sehr unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist wie im Inserat beschrieben. Sie ist sehr groß und geräumig. Wlan funktioniert nur in Küche und im Esszimmer. Ist nicht schlimm, aber gut zu wissen. Schade war, dass in der Wohnung weder Seife noch Toilettenpapier vorhanden war, dh erst mal einkaufen gehen. Zum Strand ist man zu Fuß in fünf Minuten, das ist wirklich toll. Auch auf dem Markt oben in PortoMaurizio oder zum Yachthafen ist man schnell rüber gelaufen. Da kann man das Auto auch mal einfach ein paar Tage stehen lassen, da ein Supermercato auch gleich ums Eck ist. Die Straße direkt an der Wohnung ist sehr befahren, dadurch ist es recht laut, aber die Fenster schlucken den Lärm, dadurch ist es nicht so angenehm bei offenem Fenster zu schlafen. Mit Parken ist es in der Gegend etwas schwierig, aber dann läuft man halt etwas weiter. Wir haben leider, als uns die Wohnung gezeigt wurde, am Sonntag nachmittag, einen Strafzettel direkt vor dem Haus bekommen, als wir dort 15 Minuten standen - als "Warnung" für Nachmieter :)

A great apartment

Woah back home and i already miss Imperia. The accommodation we had was great! Pretty clean and cozy at the same time. Besides the big and comfort rooms in the apartment, the house has a nice atmosphere because of its location. We had a lot of opportunities to go shopping and discover new and interesting places. I recommend this apartment to everyone, who wants to experience a peaceful and relaxed vacation:)
