New to VrBo! This is a basic apartment next to the Port de Soller marina with fantastic views over the bay. This simple apartment sports large glass surfaces so you can see and enjoy the views from most rooms or directly from the large, private terrace. Perfectly located, just a minute walking from the marina, the beach and the promenade with its restaurants and stores.
Two bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, kitchen and living room with a large terrace overlooking the bay. Prime location as you are about 1 minute away from the Port de Soller marina and promenade with all its restaurants and stores as well as the beach.
Also, a vehicle is not needed as the apartment is very close to the heart of Port de Soller and it has plenty of public transportation options. Also, there are many hiking trails in the area as well as cycling routes.
New mattresses and new stove this year!

Parking is free in the street behind the building. There is also a parking about 50m away from the apartment.

One of the best views in town

Good location, provided the numerous access steps aren't are problem. Excellent views from the balcony. Apartment was a reasonable size with adequate facilities for my wife and me. Property manager back-up very good.

Apartment tolle Lage atemberaubenden Blick von der großen Terrasse

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Terrasse ist riesig. Man hat Ausweichmöglichkeiten von Balkon auf Terrasse. Von Sonne zu Schatten. Und die Aussicht ist grandios. Da wir nur mit Handgepäck gereist sind, waren wir über die Handtücher, Badehandtücher und Bettwäsche sehr dankbar. Ebenso gab es einen kleinen Sonnenschirm zum Mitnehmen und ein Beachball. Um in das Apartment zu kommen muss man einige Stufen nach unten laufen. Die sollte man beachten. Der Weg nach Port Sōller direkt erfolgt über eine Treppe und einen kurzen Weg und schon ist man direkt unten im Hafen. Brötchen holen ist also kein Problem. Die Küche ist nicht sehr groß aber mischt in den wichtigsten Dingen ausgestattet. Es gibt einen 4-Plattenherd. Wie haben uns etwaseinfachere Dinge gekocht. Einen Backofen gibt es nicht dafür ein kleines Gerät zum Überbacken oder aufbacken. Für uns hat es gereicht. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Die Kommunikation und der Check-In haben einwandfrei geklappt. Vielen Dank Miguel
