It's very good for one family with kids. We were four adults and having just one bathroom was a little bit inconvenient, other than that it was perfect. The location was great.

What a beautiful city and country. Location of the apartment was great, we were able to walk everywhere and enjoyed exploring every street. Check in was a breeze and very good communication.

Great stay and perfect locationWe really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was very clean and stocked with the basic necessities we needed in the bathroom and kitchen. The porch was a nice place to relax, too.The location was excellent — right on one of the few paths down to the river and an easy walk to everything downtown. Even with how central it was, it stayed quiet and we never had any issues with neighbors.The host was fantastic: very responsive, quick to answer questions, and even arranged our airport transportation, which made things super easy. WiFi worked well, and the TV had plenty of channels.Overall, a great home base for exploring Porto. We’d happily stay again.

A lovely flat in a great location

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment. A great location with restaurants and a nice outdoor bar very nearby. Checkin was easy and thorough. Great recommendations on things to do and places to eat. We would definitely stay here again and will recommend to friends and family.

Loved our couple days in Porto! Lovely place, great location. Like other reviews, there is a smell that lingers. But you get used to it. Just part of the Old Town charm. Would definitely stay again!

Lectin location location!

We had a wonderful 3 nights here in Porto. The location was amazing and we were able to walk everywhere. The apartment size was perfect for 3 of us and was safe and cozy. Exactly as I hoped it would be from the listing. Great communication with the host and we really appreciated the complementary wine and snacks. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Location & Comfort!

Our stay in Porto was truly wonderful! Since we visited on a shoulder season, crowds and long lines didn't exist, although the weather was cool and misty a couple of days. This VRBO location was exceptional - turn left to head towards one of the bridges spanning the Douro River, or turn right to head towards morning cappuccino and pastry! Then walk a quarter mile to start your walking tour of this memorable city. The accommodations were very comfortable, away from potentially noisy main streets. If we return, we'll use this VRBO.

Perfect place to stay in Porto

We loved our flat - it was in a GREAT location. It was super quiet. We were unable to use the patio due to the unexpected rain - but the living room was spacious enough for us to sit and chat and nibble on light snacks and of course drink a bit of wine! Our only caution is if your group has someone unable to navigate stairs - this would not be your place. The bathroom, one of the bedrooms, living room/kitchen and Patio were all on the lower level. Absent that - this is a super place and we recommend it highly!

The pictures we saw and the place we walked into bore no resemblance to each other. It was dark, tired, and smelled of mold. The garden in the picture was dead, dull, and ugly. It was clean, and the check-in process was easy. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. No information on how to work the heat/air or maybe the swamp cooler in the lounge??? The pictures made it look larger, better decorated, and very lovely. In reality it was small, dark, damp and smelled of mold and damp. The coffee maker was broken and even if it did work we were given the wrong pods, the upstairs window barely opened, and it was just kind of depressing. The TV was slow and took forever to do anything. They did get us a new coffee machine - I have to give them that. But even contacting them was a nightmare. I got hung up on 4 times before finally completing a call.

Petite location centre ville

Très bonne location, petite mais bien aménagée. La petite cour nous a permit de prendre tous les repas dehors. Elle est très bien située et se trouve à 15 mn environ à pieds, de tout. 3 boulangeries à 5 mn. Digicode, ce qui nous a permit de sortir et rentrer de manière indépendante. Très bon contact avec l'agence de location, très disponibles et ils répondent rapidement ce qui est très appréciable. Une personne est venue faire le ménage et changer les serviettes de toilette en milieu de semaine, très agréable. Juste un petit défaut, l'appartement n'est pas très bien isolé phoniquement, le ou la locataire du dessus déménageant la nuit, c'était un peu pénible. Il n'y a eu que ce petit inconvenient mais les locataires tournent donc il y a peu de chance d'être confronté à ce problème. Les 3 personnes qui m'accompagnaient m'ont demandé de mettre un très bon avis.
