We are truly sorry to read your comments, especially because several points do not reflect the actual conditions of the villa or the assistance you received during your stay. Regarding parking: the listing clearly states that parking is not on-site but is available at the nearby Carpineto Parking, which is approximately a 5–6 minute walk from the villa. This is the standard option for most villas in Positano, and it is also mentioned in the property description. Street parking in Positano is extremely limited, which is why we always recommend the designated paid parking. Regarding the living room: the villa is exactly as shown in the photos, including the seating and lounge areas described in the listing. As for the gas issue you mentioned: you contacted us late in the evening because you had forgotten the house keys, and the owner personally came to bring you a new set immediately. During this visit, no mention was made of any gas smell or leak, otherwise it would have been addressed on the spot with maximum urgency. Safety is always our highest priority, and we would never leave such a matter unattended. We always encourage guests to contact us for any needs during their stay, just as you did regarding the keys, so that we can assist promptly.
