The property is a delight for a family group or group of good friends. The pool is brilliant, with wide very shallow and shallow parts, plus a large deeper area. Maintenance is excellent, and the helpful man who lives in a separate small place on site is very helpful with washing up and any small tasks that are needed. Air conditioning in the bedrooms was excellent, and adequate on the ground floor. Our concern about the listing is covered by the changes now made on site.

Charming Unforgettable Large Family Vacation!

We were a group of 21 family members of all ages and had all 9 bedrooms in the villa. The location is great (if you want to be at the south of Lake Garda), the villa is beautiful. The host, Michele, and his wife are very friendly and they will provide a delicious breakfast and dinner upon request. Kitchen is beautiful and functional. One of the bedrooms did not have working air-conditioning, and hot water was limited at times. All rooms are not the same, as expected for a large house. If you want total privacy, know that the host and his family are on the property (we did not mind), and it was a bit confusing initially about what was their groceries/water/etc. But, overall, hosts were very responsive and helpful! Highly recommend.
