The Addaia harbor is a quiet residential area situated along a natural harbor and offers all the amenities you’ll need for your vacation: restaurants, a supermarket, public transportation, etc. It’s very close to Arenal d’en Castell Beach, one of the island’s largest circular beaches, where you’ll also find plenty of entertainment and amenities.

One day before arrival, guests will receive all information regarding check-in, the address, the code for the key box to collect the keys, instructions for self-check-in, and the contact phone number of the villa manager, who will assist you with any issues or questions you may have during your stay.

Please report any broken items to avoid problems for us with future guests.

No security deposit is required; however, you have the option to purchase coverage for potential property damage. If you choose not to, Airbnb mediation will apply in the event of any damage.

All hosts of certified legal vacation rentals in the Balearic Islands are required to collect the tourism tax from guests on behalf of the government (€2.20 per adult/night, with a reduced rate after the 9th night). This tax is not included in the rental price. Guests are hereby informed that hosts are duly authorized to collect the tourist tax through means external to the platform used to make the reservation.
