We had an Amazing Time, Thanks to Sergio’s suggestion. Wonderful Restaurants in the Area! The Villa was perfect for us and spacious. It was in the right location for all the towns that we wanted to see!

Lovely stay

We spent 5 lovely days in this villa. Sergio was a great host, meeting us at the villa after a flight delay and giving advice on things to do in the area. The villa feels quiet and remote but is only a short drive from towns for coffee and supermarkets. The swimming pool was slightly cold so our one year old couldn’t spend much time in there, otherwise we had a great holiday.

Superb villa with trulli. Set amongst olive groves and incredibly peaceful and quiet. Good communication with Sergio and Tiziana prior to check in. Tiziana met us at the property to guide us around on arrival. The trulli rooms were amazingly atmospheric and stayed cool. Well equipped kitchen. Plentiful bathrooms (enough to cope with 2 teenage girls!).Outstanding outdoor area with shaded dining (shaded from morning to night) outdoor barbecue and sink. All our meals were taken outside and we had to spark up the barbecue several times during our stay. Pool was fabulous. A fantastic way to cool off from the Puglian summer heat. Not deep enough to dive into, though. 10 minute drive to Supermarkets in Castellana Grotte (we preferred RossoTonno to Conad). Really close to Pogliano a Mare, Alberobello and Monopoli (but why would you want to venture out with such a nice house).

Magnifique

Maison parfaitement localisée proche d'une multitude de sites splendides . Piscine de rêve, maison parfaitement équipée dans un environnement très calme. Dépaysement total. Sergio est adorable et très reactif. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette magnifique région.

Castellano

Sergio, a partner in the ownership of this sublime place, met us in the village and led us through the olive groves to this home, one that should be featured in Architectural Digest. The house displays a delicate balance between the original and minimalist modern, a wonderful success in architecture Wonderful location with easy access for day trips to nearby towns but still enough privacy and peace and quiet to really relax and really spend most of the time enjoying the spectacular property. Friendly and helpful host, it was a real pleasure staying at this lovely location. Highly recommended!

Quiet, charming house in Puglia

The house has a lot of style and charm and is based in the countryside, 10 min outside of Castellana Grotte. Sergio is a great host and was very accommodating to our needs.

Location spettacolare e host all'altezza

Location eccezionale, molto curata immersa nelle campagne pugliesi e una piscina da rivista. Perfetta sia per una vacanza tra amici che in famiglia. A pochi chilometri dal mare e da alcuni dei più bei siti da visitare (Grotte di Castellana, Trullo di Alberobello, Polignano, Monopoli, Ostuni). Host all'altezza della location, molto gentile e disponibile oltre che professionale. Da replicare!!!
