It is an apartment of a comfortable surface of 55m2, open on the sea and the park by a large covered terrace of 30 m2, which can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people in its 3 bedrooms (10-12 m2) Living room of 20m2 with sofas, dining table, TV, hifi, Wifi.Fitted and fully equipped kitchen (hotplates, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher) Bathroom with shower Access to the large landscaped park of Villa Marguerite and its outdoor furniture Beautiful views of the sea, the beach and the cliffs of Pourville.

Villa Marguerite is located in Pourville-sur-Mer on the Alabaster Coast (5 km from Dieppe), 500 m from the beach, in a large landscaped park on the southern slope of the Scie Valley. Villa Marguerite offers a garden-level gîte (Le Gîte des Marguerites) for rent, for 1 to 6 people. It has 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a sheltered terrace overlooking the sea. The view of the sea is magnificent, as well as the beach, the cliffs and the Scie Valley.
