Large lakefront home on Upper Greenwood Lake, is just a short 10 minute drive away from quaint and historic Warwick, New York, replete with great restaurants & myriad fun activities, and 18-minutes from skiing, sledding, tubing at the new expanded tubing and spa resorts at Vernon Valley, Great Gorge, NJ.

Apple & pumpkin picking aplenty, just 8 minutes north, along with farmer's markets & small stores selling the tastiest home made pies ever, as well as year round home made ice cream.

The iconic Warwick Drive In is open year round for your viewing pleasure; such fun!

Skylights offer a glimpse of the beautiful sunlight, or soft rain, or flakey snow; it boasts a nature charm in each season. Perfect nooks abound in this funky home, to snuggle up with a book, or to take a quick nap on the futon.

The lakefront jewel sleeps 2-6 comfortably and can be rented for a 6 month period at a 15% discount from the daily rate.

LESS THAN 6 MONTH RENTERS CANNOT USE THE LAKE FOR ANY OF THE ABOVE ACTIVITIES ACCORDING TO THE RULES OF UPPER GREENWOOD LAKE. That said, Wawayanda State Park, located 3 miles north, offers ample swimming, boating, picnicking, paddle boarding & hiking. Additionally, Greenwood Lake, located 4 miles south, offers jet ski & boat rentals.

Minimum rental period all year round is 3 nights.

This 3 story home has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms--one with bathtub + one with shower only--living and dining room, breakfast nook as well as den and lakefront office, just in case you need to 'report in'.

The home has a centrally located fireplace, 2 Smart TVs, DVD, VHS, CD players and plenty of room for relaxed entertaining. The outside of the home is a scenic lakefront feast for the eyes. Large deck & smaller upper deck with amazing lake views, fire pit to prepare those mouthwatering s'mores, and walls full of books to read.

My home is rustic with lots of character, boasting cathedral, open-beam ceilings, fireplace, 3 bedrooms--1 Queen + 1 Double + Bunk Beds, plus an additional open Loft Queen bed, sitting/reading rooms, dining & living room.

The kitchen, while compact, is fully furnished with ample cookie sheets, pots, pans, cooking utensils, pottery flatware, wine goblets, spices and basic cooking ingredients. (Home does NOT have a dishwasher.)

Main floor deck features an outdoor table & chairs, Weber gas grill, Two Cabela's fully adjustable lounge chairs. Downstairs patio features expandable table, chairs, portable chairs for yard or dock as well as frisbee golf, and myriad other yard games.

Washer and dryer in basement.

Upper Deck also features exquisite views of Upper Greenwood Lake.
