Great spot for exploring Inverness

The property is very conveniently located - just steps away from both the bus station and the train station. The city center, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and points of interest are also within walking distance.Our hosts were very responsive, and they were interested in making sure our stay was as pleasant as possible We had a small plumbing issue, which was quickly and efficiently resolved. That had no impact on our stay or on my rating. In fact, the responsiveness of our hosts was a big positive.The one thing that prevented me from giving a 5 star endorsement was the comfort of the beds. The mattresses and pillows were a bit on the soft side, and for people who are a bit heavier we found it hard to get comfortable. The decor is very basic, but everything we needed for a pleasant stay was there.We would definitely look at staying again if we have Inverness on our itinerary again.
