Did not receive an email as stated prior to check with the code to the lock box to get the key. Had to go into the pub below which is not affiliated with the owner but they were able to get me a key. Since I did not get the code at check in I had to leave the keys in the room when I checked out. Property never communicated to messages. They tried to give me a different room than the one I booked and found out the pictures on VRBO did not match the room I was staying in.
