Clean, comfortable, cozy, warm and well equipped, just like home. We had a lovely stay. Tennis court was really nice and bird song was the only sound outside (no road noise). 10-15 minute drive from Falmouth, lovely walks to beaches and great on-site cafe. Lyn couldn't have been more helpful. She gave us loads of advice about what to do and where to go.

Great communication with owners and useful recommendations and information. Cottage was lovely, perfect for our needs and in a great location. Beach walks, surfing, exploring the area and attractions around Falmouth. We all had a really lovely holiday - including the dog!

The property was very good, well equipped and very clean, nice greeting presents
Lovely little holiday village with tennis courts and small football pitch
People are very friendly there
The only thing negatives were the house is right at the centre of the village, and we could here people drinking until 2am in the bar
Plus it’s very narrow roads to get in
But overall very good

Thank you for your lovely review and we are very pleased you enjoyed your stay at Kingfisher Cottage. The cottage is quite central in the village which makes it very easy to use all the facilities but, I’m sorry if you could hear people talking at the bar area so late, we will ensure this is addressed.
UPDATE. Having spoke with the mgt team, apparently it was another cottage who had some guests talking too loudly and they have now been spoken to. The bar staff have assured us they close 1130 prompt, earlier if it’s quiet.
