VRAIMENT DÉÇUE DE VOUS

Bonjour Ma réservation à été annulée la personne au téléphone m'avait assuré que c'était annulé le jour même de la réservation car ce n'était pas la bonne date et ce avant le 21 mai .je suis vraiment déçue du non suivi .
