Situated by the harbour and only 300 meters from the excellent sandy blue flag awarded beaches, coves, boulevard and centre with a good selection of shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Our modern in 2021 renovated top floor apartment has 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suit bathroom with shower, toilet, washstand and the second bathroom has a shower, toilet and washstand. The spacious living room, with sunny en-suit terrace with garden furniture, has a sit and a dining area with satellite television, DVD player and stereo. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven/cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, toaster etc. The apartment is finished to a high standard and beautifully furnished. The apartment enjoys beautiful kept gardens, equipped with a large kidney shaped swimming pool surrounded by palm/olive trees, tennis court, lifts and security gates for a save and secure environment for children and parents.


FAQ: 1. Does the apartment has a nice view at the seaside? From the terrace you can see a quiet street, on the opposite side a similar building. Looking to the left you will see the sea and looking to the right you will have a landscape view of almond groves and mountains. Specially from the roof terrace you have a 360° spectacular view on the Costa Blanca and the surrounding area.

Fantastic apartment!

This really is a lovely apartment, large and spacious with everything youd need for a great week or 2 in campello. It really cant be faulted. The large balcony gets the sun the whole day. Very short walk to the marina/beach. We will definitely book this apartment again. Owner is also very friendly and helpful. Everyghing perfect.

Comfortable apartment within easy access to El Campello beachfront, marina and restaurants. 1 bedroom en-suite, bedroom 2&3 share a small shower room. You need to leave the apartment complex and cross a road to access the pool in the neighbouring complex. The pool area was grassed but no sun loungers were available. Visiting in September some of the restaurants were closing for the season and there was no public toilets open on the beach even though sun loungers were available for hire.

Week in the sun

We stayed here as a family of 5 adults. The apartment was perfect for our requirements. There was plenty of space for all of us. The apartment has air conditioning which was great for the hot nights. It is within walking distance of the seafront and all the restaurants. There is a tram station nearby that will bring you into Alicante in half an hour. The only downside was the pool was out of order while we were there but it was being fixed just jot in time for us. Overall it is an ideal apartment for a week in the sun beside the beach.

More than satisfied.

The apartment was as described. It was clean and well equipped for our stay. Although peak period the block was very quiet. The beach is a short walk away and there are supermarkets nearby. The pool area is between fase 1 and 2 which wasn’t expected but in reality is only across a minor road. Everything is key access to ensure residence only. The apartment was a pleasure to stay in and met are need sufficiently. We were met at the apartment and shown around it by Helene, she enquired how we were getting on and made contact to arrange departure. We had her mobile number if required for issues but had no need to disturb her.

Lovely apartment very clean and comfortable.

The apartment is near to Boulevard Harbour and Beach however it is a bit misleading when you read about it at first. The scene from your balcony is not the scene that is in the picture, This apartment is in phase 3 which means a walk to the swimming pool which is situated in the middle of phase 1and 2 The apartment was very clean spacious and well looked after. When we arrive we were dropped off at phase 2 and after waiting a few minutes my son walked around to phase 3 which where the apartment is situated. We were then welcomed by staff who showed us around the apartment and gave us useful information of the area. When they left I noticed the beds had not been made up, we set about making them up ourselves which was not an easy task after a long journey and the apartment being very warm as there is no air conditioning in the apartment. I mentioned the beds not being made to manager Cathy and was told that the beds are not made as people have in the past complained about the linen not being clean and fresh if you have visited before and contact her and ask for beds to be made up she will provide this service for you. I was not very happy with this reply I have been abroad may times to different countries and have never been in an apartment where the beds were not made up for you on arrival. Summing up this is a very well kept apartment could use a hairdryer and an electric kettle and air con the bed situation needs to be reviewed and the picture in the advert requires to state clearly that apartment does not look on to this scene. The owner Erwin de Bruin was also very helpful when booking apartment. El Campello is a beautiful place to stay for a holiday the beaches are magnificent and there are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants to make your stay enjoyable. We enjoyed a few meals at Max on the front the food was lovely and the waiters were very helpful. Alice Campbell 29/09/14

As a reaction on your comments in your review we would like to inform you that we will buy a hairdryer and water cooker for the conveniences of our future guests , as suggested. Thank you for the advise . We feel sorry for the fact that you had the feeling that the information on our website regarding the balcony was in your opinion little misleading as this is absolutely not our intention. Under the photo of the pool was motioned that this picture was taken from the roof of the complex (not from our balcony). Also in the description of our apartment is mentioned the following: “From the terrace you can see a quiet street, on the opposite side a similar building. Looking to the left you will see the sea and looking to the right you will have a landscape view of almond groves and mountains”. Maybe you have missed this part of the text when booking our apartment. Anyway, we will change the description in order to avoid any confusion for future guests regarding this matter as it is a priority to give our guest via our website honest and clear information. Regarding the fact that the beds were not made up, this decision was made as we received from several quests during the years the comment that in some other holiday apartments/villas they had the feeling that the sheets were used before. By putting on each bed the package of fresh washed towels, sheets etc on the bed it is clear for our guests that everything is clean. Gute Wohnung in guter Lage!!!

Gute Wohnung in guter Lage um alle Sehenswürdigkeiten im Umkreis von 2 Autostunden zu erreichen. Für die nähere Umgebung Richtung Alicante, oder Denia gibt es eine sehr gute Bahnanbindung. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet, mit allem was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter und seiner Angestellten vor Ort (liebe Grüße an Helene, eine sehr sympathische, hilfsbereite und nette Person), lief reibungslos von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise ( auch der frühe Zeitpunkt war kein Problem). Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen!!!

Family Holiday

Owner is very friendly always happy to help. Apartment is very clean and modern. Having two children to entertain they enjoy the selection of games in the apartment. Swimming pool is massive and clean kids never came out of it which was a bonus for us. To make our trip easier we had the shopping delivered from the Mercadona there app is in English and Spanish. We look forward to going again

Fabulous apartment with great pool

We've just returned from a 2 week stay at Erwin's apartment and had a fantastic holiday. The apartment is huge, has everything you could possibly need including an abundance of bath towels. The air con was definitely needed and a great addition. Location was great, just 5 mins wall to the busy prom full of shops and restaurants. The pool was really good top, especially for small children. Would highly recommend the accommodation, a great stay.

Emplacement idéal. Vue sur la Mer. Parking au pied de l'immeuble. Ascenseur très pratique pour accéder à l'appartement au 3eme étage. Piscine soignée et propre. Appartement très lumineux avec tout le confort. Endroit offrant le calme pour se reposer et cependant à quelques minutes à pied de la plage et toutes les commodités. Nous aimons venir de temps en temps sur El Campello, et nous reviendrons certainement vers cette location, dont le prix était très raisonnable. Nous recommandons vivement. L'hôte était très attentionné avec des messages réguliers pour s'assurer que tout était en ordre. L'accueil par la personne de contact était très accueillant et professionnel. Outstanding

This was our first ever stay at VRBO location and I think it may have spoiled us for the future. Erwin was truly amazing. He went above and beyond with his service. He knew we were coming from Canada on a long flight and would be arriving late. He prestocked the kitchen with a small amount of groceries which was a lifesaver because after sleeping for 15 hours all we wanted was to eat. The apartment is well equipped with linen, kitchen items as well as a shopping cart to pick up groceries. We were celebrating our 31st anniversary at Christmas and Erwin provided a bottle of wine and even presents under the Christmas tree! The apartment has a good selection of books and magazines in a multitude of languages for the reader and dvds for the movie buff. The location is a short walk to both the boardwalk and the tram. Would definitely stay there again and refer it to friends and family. Excellent holiday.
