We have 5/9-17 3 night minimum, (beat the crowds)! 7/26-8/2 week, 9/13-20 4 night minimum. All fantastic times on the Lake!

Plan now for summer, spring, and fall on the lake in Tahoe!

Sweetbriar is a great small condo complex ON THE LAKE! Convenient to all ski resorts.
Free parking at Northstar 1 mile from the village, take the shuttle in!

Lake Tahoe is a fabulous 4 season vacation! Great location, walking distance to everything Kings Beach! Golfing, Shopping, Restaurants. Beachfront. Bicycling, Paddleboarding, boating (buoy access!), right outside your door. Public tennis courts a few minutes away. 10 minutes to Casinos, Incline Village, Northstar, etc. 20 minutes to Squaw Valley, Alpine, Diamond Peak! Brockway Golf course across the street with driving range, happy hour, restaurant and more! This is in the beautiful lakefront Sweetbriar complex.

Quiet, start of Spring relaxation.

Lovely and welcoming feeling to this property. The views cannot be properly expressed. Take photos. The home was equipped with up to date items. The owner was readily available to answer any questions. A great sanctuary at this time of the year.
