Newer 3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath Home with Hot Tub.
This comfy home is conveniently located in the flat of the Kings Beach grid. Stay just 3 blocks from sandy Kings Beach and only 8 miles from Northstar Ski Resort.
Several restaurants are within walking distance with Safeway nearby if you prefer to cook in the fully stocked kitchen with gas range. The TART stop is close if you want to leave your car in the large garage space to head to the slopes or casinos. Golf, mountain bike and hiking trails, zip lining courses, water sport rentals, several ski resorts, sledding hills, ice skating, snow mobile tours, casinos, shopping, nail spa, boat launch, rafting, fishing, equestrian trails, and the beautiful beach are all just minutes away.
Stay in to enjoy grilling on the deck or in the backyard, WiFi, 55" TV/cable with DVD player, music or relaxing in the large hot tub. Delight in dining around the beautiful, locally crafted, live edge, pine table that easily seats 8. You can sit with a drink in hand on the 2nd story deck around the gas fire table. Open living space connects the kitchen, living and dining space to the south facing wall of windows. Central to it all is a bar wrapped by 4 tall stools.
Top quality linens, master suit robes, and comfortable beds will spoil you. Enjoy the tranquility you find in each of the thoughtfully decorated rooms.
Parking can easily accommodate 4 cars. Boat or trailer can fit in the driveway. There is snow removal in winter for your convenience. Additional amenities such as a wagon for hauling the provided beach towels and cooler to Lake Tahoe's Kings Beach are included in your stay for your enjoyment.
Although not childproof, the home welcomes youngsters with plastic dishes and full size baths to clean up before bed.
Limitations:
Please be aware that several stairs lead to the front door and living space.
The owner has a dog that visits; therefore, people with severe pet allergies may not be suited for this home.
Cabinets containing cleaning supplies are not locked and therefore accessible to little ones.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Place any used blankets, towels, etc. on the dryer or hallway floor to indicate they need to be laundered.
Be sure the bear box is completely closed when putting the trash out.
Close any windows.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
For any breaks or spills you cannot clean please call right away. There is hydrogen peroxide available for any blood marks.
Additional charges will apply for spa being dirtied to the point of needing draining and refilling or dishes left dirty.
Use of water equipment requires a signed waiver.

House is even nicer than it looks in the photos. Stayed there with our family (5 and 2 year old) and friend with her 4 year old and spacewas perfect! Loved the open living space, kitchen has everything you need for cooking, and the location was perfect! Easy walk to the lake and the playground there :) Tara was really responsive with communication.

This is a dream come true home for us and we are excited to share it with you. We put a lot of love into the home including several handmade items such as the coffee table and queen headboard. Why they chose this property

We wanted a property in Kings Beach. After vacationing here for nearly two decades, this is our favorite town around Lake Tahoe. The vibe is chill and it is so close to everything we love. The open floor space makes it comfortable for everyone to enjoy relaxing together.

What makes this property unique

We walk to the beach most mornings and evenings- even in the winter- to check out the most beautiful view on earth (in our opinion). Having an open living space to share time with our family and friends is very important to us. And, with a garage, no worries about being buried in snow.
