Clean and Bright

Rooms have low ceilings which was not clear in the photos. You have to bend down to enter three of the rooms.

Family Trip to Madrid

The best things about this apartment were how clean it was and it's location. It was an easy to walk to all of the tourist attractions we wanted to visit (20 minutes to Prado, less than 15 to Royal Palace, 5 minutes to Plaza Major). Just as fantastic was how quiet, for being in the middle of a major city, it was at night. The apartment is roomy and we were very comfortable and relaxed there. We walked everywhere and slept great at night. The beds were very comfortable, too. :)

Apartment was great for our family of six. Bathrooms/water pressure and temp were great. Upstairs bedroom has faint smell of cigarettes--seemed like it was coming in from an adjacent apartment. NOT terrible, NOT a dealbreaker. We just kept the windows open (we were there in April) and this was not a problem. Check-in process via app was ok as long as you followed all their directions. The directions were good--it's just a bit of a process. However the trade-off was that we did not have to wait for a person to meet us to let us in, and the app has all the info you'd want about the unit.
