Very nice apartment. Excellent location. Good beds and pillows. Very nice tiles in bathrooms and kitchen but they need better cleaning. We had a very good stay.

Perfectly located apartment with lots of space for our family of 6. The apartment was clean and welcoming. AC worked well which was important on these very hot days. Lots of places to shop and eat and everything was in walking distance. Gracias

Location of this property is fabulous. Close to shopping walking and many of the squares. The unit is very well appointed and comfortable. Probably one of the best showers we’ve had in a long time! The bedrooms have a selection of pillows to suit all preferences. We would stay here again. Happy travels!

Property need it to be cleaned. The bathroom had mold that we had to clean, you could basically scrape it. It was horrible. The beds were not comfortable. The description of the washer and dryer was not accurate. One good thing was the location. I advised the property manager about the cleaning and they didn’t even answer back.

Amazing VRBO

This was the last stop of our tour of Spain and we had stayed at many verb's and hotels and this was one of our favorite. Extremely roomy and the beds were amazing.

Lovely 3 bed 3 bath apartment. Excellent location right on the Gran Via. Easy check in with great comms before our stay with Katherine. Can fully recommend this apartment for all you would want for a stay in Madrid centre.

Great weekend stay

We were a small group, one couple and 2 friends so the facilities were perfect with 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. A very spacious, clean apartment. We didn’t eat in but it appeared to have everything required for preparing a meal. Great stay.

Magical Madrid

There is nothing like staying in heart of a big city, the location was on point. The apartment was so spacious and we loved the kitchen. Plenty of space to spread out and relax in between adventures. Very helpful hosts as well. We enjoyed our staff, thank you to such wonderful hosts !

This place was perfect for our family of 5 - me and my husband, two adult children and a fiance. Three comfortable bedrooms and three very nice and not cramped bathrooms. Only a few blocks from both the Callao and Gran Via subway stations. The view out the living room windows was a lovely old church and it was in a quiet neighborhood. The interior was very clean, modern, attractive and well-stocked. There were plenty of dishes, glasses, cutlery, towels, pillows for all of us. We really appreciated all the nice touches that made our stay more comfortable like a washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board, electric tea kettle, etc. Highly recommend!

Madrid Gran Via Apartment

Excellent apartment. Could not ask for more as to location, cleanliness and attentiveness of the staff. Everything you need is within very short walking distance. Apartment was in excellent condition and spotlessly clean upon our arrival. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 teenage boys. Highly recommend this apartment.

Amazing apartment - highly recommend.

Everything about this rental was perfect - Katherine was supper efficient and provided us with local suggestions, not to mention, the location is so close to everything! The apartment itself is perfect for the Madrid heat, every bedroom has their own AC/shower which is extremely convenient. The spacious open layout and kitchen make it perfect for spending time with one another and preparing meals. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend to those looking for the perfect place to stay in Madrid.

Great location

Located just off the Grand Via this VRBO is located one block from two grocery stores, the metro station, and has a local restaurant right across the street. The balcony overlooks the beautiful facade of an old church. A 10-15 minute walk from many sights. The VRBO also has a small elevator so taking your bags to the 2nd floor (3rd floor if you view floor zero as floor 1).
