Perfect for a family

We stayed here three nights. It was a convenient distance from the train station and had plenty of room to spread out. Very comfortable.

Short stay

This worked fine for a short stay. It was nice and quiet and clean inside and location was decent. The stairway to the apartment smelled like mildew but inside the apartment was fine First time using contactless check in and out which was interesting. The multiple large dead bolts on the front door were a little creepy but probably just a big city thing.

We had an okay stay at this apartment. Its location is good and walkable from train station and to many sights. The weather was very hot and the air conditioner could not cool the apartment. The beds are small, the bathrooms are very tiny with no where to put things. One sofa bed is still broken. Would caution that there was no soap in the bathrooms but we did find a little container of watered down dish soap. The living area and table allowed us to spread out.

Great Location & Easy Access Property

Stayed with 6 friends at this place and was very nice and clean. All the people had a place to sleep. There were 2 couches in the living room which turn into a bed, one of them was broken but still worked for a single person to sleep on it. The process to get into the place is done by an app which was pretty cool and able to unlock then doors directly on the app, just make sure your phone is charged and have service as there were no actual keys. The property managers were a bit late in responding but did get back to you if you have any concerns. Location was great and close to all the shops and party areas, basically can walk to all the major areas. Overall great stay and would definitely come back.

This was a nice apartment centrally located in Madrid. It has air con, and windows that open, so could easily be made comfortable. It has two private bedrooms, with a full bathroom near each one. However, both bathrooms are very small, and and have very little space to hold any items you’re actively using. There is no where other than the floor to keep your shampoo, soap, etc., in the very small shower, which makes things difficult. Having two pull-out sofas is lovely when traveling with a large group, but one is broken and will collapse if sat on wrong. Having a washing machine is a life saver, and the drying rack is a good size.

Great Location

Segunda experiencia con MIT House y nuevamente satisfactoria. La ubicación del apartamento es inmejorable, el barrio antiguo y muy lindo … se puede ir caminando a prácticamente todos los sitios de interés (no más de 15 minutos). El espacio es cómodo y la facilidad que ofrece la aplicación hacen que la experiencia sea mucho más fácil.

It was a good stay

Great check-in process and app. Good location. Missed some essential items like wine glasses and kitchen towels. Bedrooms very small, but since we were mostly out it didn’t bother us. Overall a good stay.

This apartment is very conveniently located to many local places that can be reached by walking.

If you enjoy visiting the local area on foot, you will like this place. Bear in mind that the apartment is located on third floor but it is very clean, with good air conditioning and very comfortable beds. You will enjoy your stay!
