The apartment is located in a great area close to bars, restaurants and shops. A few minutes (walking) from La Gran Via, Plaza Mayor and puerta del Sol. Very close to the metro station too.Size of the apartment is good and it can accommodate 8 people with two single beds, one double bed and two double sofa camas. The big downside though is that there is no hot water for this amount of people. Only two people can barely shower with hot water AND being rationed. The first day of our stay, for some reason the heater was on and it couldn’t manually turn off. We called the emergency number but they did not solve the issue, only until the next day so that first night we got poor sleep because it was super hot inside.Overall great location, spacious apartment but not enough hot water to accommodate 8 people (as advertised) and low responsiveness from the Management team.

Très bel appartement, bien situé et bien équipé, géré par une agence professionnelle. Ouverture des portes par application sur smartphone, mais il a été possible de récupérer un trousseau de clefs ordinaire. Très bon séjour

Great location, mixed experience

Great location, though hot water runs out after 2 people shower, then you have to wait 1hr to reheat. No microwave so plan ahead. The power breakers tripped at night, found box and was able to reset. App to access property not friendly if you don’t download and register way in advance (wasn’t aware until we were near property while driving in Madrid, a reminder would have been nice). They require a deposit in addition to cost of stay, only one that required it out of 4 in our trip.

Very convenient location and nice apartment. Maid needs to do a better job cleaning the bathroom

Good experience. Could be better if floor mats provided for bathrooms , a shower curtain in installed in the primary bathroom as very small partial enclosure and water gets all over the floor and makes it very dangerous to step out of tub and there is nothing to catch it. Also need towels bars in both bathrooms which are outside of the tub area. No coffee, tissues or adequate toilet paper clothes washing soap provided. Otherwise good.
