Villa Kubra was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The private pool and terrace were perfect for relaxing, and the peaceful setting made it a lovely place to stay in Dalyan.

Large outdoor space - pool was clean and well kept, BBQ area perfectly sized and outdoor table and chairs met our needs. However, sun lounger cushions grubby, and the parasols on their last legs.The inside of the Villa in need of a big refresh. The kitchen was equipped with a poor assortment of crockery, utensils, pots and pans (we wanted to do lots of cooking) . The gas hob only had 3 working rings, so we had to get creative catering for 8 hungry adults! (Fridge-freezer was plenty big enough). We had to purchase everything for our self catering requirements, from washing up liquid, scourers and clingfilm/kitchen foil, to salt and pepper, cooking oils and wooden skewers/charcoal for the BBQ. It would been reasonable to expect a small welcome pack for our 2 week stay that included these low cost items, along with bottles of water. Maybe our expectations were too high? Beds very uncomfortable (we tried all of them!) and pillows well past their use-by date. Linens/towels could all do with being replaced, and only 4 beach towels provided. The blinds in the bedrooms were either missing or unable to be raised/lowered and A/C units noisy and unable to be used at night. The mosquito nets against a number of the doors were broken and this resulted in us being affected by mozzies from dusk onwards.

We spent a superb time in Villa Kubra!! It was very clean with lots of space, nice bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen with lots of dishes, plates, glasses, etc. Most of our time we spent around our private pool or on the Iztuzu beach. Relaxing, sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling, etc. Nearby were a lot of restaurants, bars, and supermarkets. Thoroughly enjoyed it, would highly recommend Villa Kubra, and would definitely come back.

This villa is perfect for relaxation. Has everything we need and is very comfortable. Swimming and sunbathing in our private villa is a pleasure as it is Iztuzu Beach which is around 7 kilometers from the villa. Also, just a few minutes walk and you are at the center of everything: supermarkets, bakeries, as well as restaurants, bars, and shops. This is our 5th holiday with this agency and as always the service and standard of accommodation are excellent. Thank you!

Cannot recommend Villa Kubra enough!

As a large family of 7 (2adults/5kids) we were blown away by villa Kubra for the price we paid. Everything was as described, and so very clean. The space and amenities at the villa were great! From a toastie machine to a toaster, they had it all, even books to read, and beach towels.. possibly just need larger wine glasses ;) We would definitely come back, the kids loved it and we were only a 5-10min walk from shops, markets, bars, restaurants. The location was just perfect for us! Thanks for being fabulous Villa Kubra !

This one was very good the service was arranged excellently. Someone regularly came to see if we needed anything, such as replacing the large bottle of water. Arranging a boat trip. But also to see if everything went well. You were very hospitable and friendly. It was nicely within walking distance of the center. I will definitely recommend your villa to others.

We spent an amazing time there! Excellent wifi and air conditioning. The outside area was well planned with an amazing swimming pool. We used the barbecue on our last night, and it was so nice to sit around the pool and eat. We also visited Fethiye and Ortaca and spent a great time there: tasting local food, drinking some of the local wines, swimming, sunbathing, snorkeling, etc. Would definitely come back to this villa.

We stayed in Villa Kubra which was clean, comfortable, and cozy and had everything we needed for a 2 weeks holiday at a reasonable price. The pool was lovely and plenty big enough for us all to have fun! Definitely, Dalaman is a marvelous place to be with its historical landmarks and astonishing beautiful beaches. Savored every moment of our stay and will definitely consider booking with this company again. Thank you for the superb service!

Villa Kubra was absolutely great. It was comfortable and perfect. Such a delight to sit and have breakfast in the mornings or a glass of wine in the evenings around your own swimming pool. We had meals in some of the tavernas nearby and taste the most delicious local specialties. We also spent an amazing time in Marmaris exploring its beauties. We plan to come back very soon.

Spacious Villa

Spacious well maintained property that can comfortably accommodate 10 people if needed. Great swimming pool area and only a 10min walk from town. Excellent assistance from agents when required
