Welcome to Go with the Flow — a beautifully furnished ground-floor condo in the heart of New Braunfels! Located at Camp Warnecke Estates, you’ll be just steps from the Comal River and directly across the street from Schlitterbahn Waterpark. Enjoy private river access, a community pool and hot tub, and an unbeatable location close to downtown, tubing, and Gruene!

River condo stay

Great location in regards to Schliterbaun or city shoot. Easy exit access that brings you right into your condos. We even walked to Naeglins bakery! Nice stay!

The only thing I wish it would have said is that it's impossible to sleep on the bottom bunk of bunk bed if you are over the age of 5. There isn't much space between the top and bottom bunk.

It was nice to be able to walk to the river access in less than 2 minutes, float for 45 minutes, and end up at the properties private access point. It is perfect if you have small children that might not be able to float the entire river or if you want to avoid the rapids. We will definitely be back.

Everything was as advertised.As a pack8ng tip: I would recommend bringing a stereo or speaker as there were none in the unit, nor was there a music channel on cable. Additio ally there there no spices or oils for cooking. So you must bring your own salt, pepper, and cooking oil. Lastly, while the beds were comfortable.... they were incredibly loud and squeaked a lot

We love to do all that we can to ensure our guests have a perfect vacation. We think that those packing tips are great recommendations! We are not allowed to provide any sorts of perishables such as salt, pepper, coffee, or cooking oil for legal reasons so it is very important for our guest to bring their own if they plan on cooking at any of our properties. We are glad that the beds were comfortable, but we have not had any other guests tell us about them being squeaky. We will make sure to have this checked out by our maintenance staff to see if there is anything we can do to remedy the issue. Again, we are so glad that you had a wonderful time, and we hope that you will give one of our Escape Artists a call the next time that you come to visit New Braunfels so that we can help you plan another New Braunfels escape! Great Location

This is a good location for a New Braunfels stay. Conveniently located for playing in or tubing the Comal River, walking to Schlitterbahn, or just being close to restaurants and other activities in town. The unit is well decorated and clean. The sleeper sofa in the living room is broken so the cushions are low on one side. The mattress in the master bedroom is sunk in the middle which takes a little to get used to. Also, there are no chairs and table on the patio as shown in one of the photos. Also, you have to go to an office to get your bracelets and car passes for the property prior to check in which is a little inconvenient. I stayed in another unit on the property where these items are waiting for you in the room. Otherwise and overall, this was a good place to stay and we enjoyed our stay.

Great location, clean

Fantastic location and a clean unit. The unit does need some updates (queen mattress) and living room furniture is “broken in”, but still sufficient. Great place to sleep if you’re floating the river and at the water park all day. Walkable to bakeries and restaurants as well.

It makes so much noise just sitting, moving, and sleeping on it. And it sinks in to the middle of the bed very badly! Not a comfortable sleep at all!
