Great Place!

This was a great place for our 3 night stay. We enjoyed the location and proximity to the waterpark and the river. Swimming pool and grounds were awesome. We highly recommend this place for your next trip!

Wonderful stay

Great location. Easy access. Beautiful view from the back balcony of a greenway leading to the river. Very peaceful. Well equipped kitchen and plenty of bath towels etc. Host is very attentive and responds quickly to questions and needs. We’ve stayed twice and intend to come back again.

Comfortable and Convenient Location!

The condo was clean and comfortable, in a fantastic location, and with reserved parking available. We really appreciated the added touches of the coffee selection, bottled water, and snacks. Entry instructions were communicated ahead of time, and responses were immediate. We enjoyed the pool and on property river access. I would definitely bring my family here again!

We enjoyed our stay! They had just about everything you could need. Before we learned how to change the air-conditioning temperature we could've used extra blankets. But they had everything else we needed.

Great stay! Property was exactly as described and the condo was fully stocked, including coffee pods and creamer. The host even left welcome snacks which were especially appreciated by the kids. Location was excellent and close to everything. Literally right down the street from Schlitterbahn. Would definitely stay here again.

This place was great! I was so pleasantly surprised that the owners stock the place with soap, shampoo, toilet paper, etc. It makes the stay so much easier! The beds were good, plenty of linens and towels. HUGE TV in the living room, and TVs in both bedrooms too. They thought of everything. We'll be back here next time we're in New Braunfels!
