About this property
Beautiful home in tranquil location, large garden and close to beach (Sleeps 6)
This beautiful home is great for a family holiday, it's large garden and having the beach nearby means you can relax outdoors and enjoy lots of sea air too. Inside you can enjoy spacious, comfortable rooms and the well-equipped kitchen.
As you enter the house a lovely large and very spacious conservatory greets you where you'll find a sofa and dining area over looking the large and level south facing garden. From the conservatory you access the open and inviting kitchen which also over looks the private garden.
Downstairs also has a cosy living room with two sofas and a wood burning stove, a dining room with beautiful wooden fire surround, a shower room with WC, and a twin bedroom with 2 single beds.
Upstairs is a bathroom and 2 further bedrooms (both doubles). These lovely double aspect bedrooms have far reaching views of the ocean, countryside and Wales. There's also a bathroom upstairs too.
Up to 2 pets are welcome, they must only stay downstairs (not allowed upstairs) and are not allowed on any furniture. Please do not leave pets in the property alone. Failure to follow this policy may result in additional cleaning or damage charges.

About the host
Hosted by Natalie
This lovely home is where I live with my two children. I work as a part time physiotherapist and this year am offering the house to rent
Why they chose this property
We love the main Woolacombe beach and dunes and also that we have easy access to the quieter beaches of Rockham Bay and Bennet's Cove as well as footpaths and the coastal path. We are situated out of the hustle and bustle of the villages and are equidistant from Woolacombe and Mortehoe.
What makes this property unique
The conservatory and garden are wonderful places to relax and the cosy living room a snug place to hideaway.
On a clear day we love looking across to the South Wales coastline from the front of the upstairs bedrooms and out across to Baggy point from the rear windows of the upstairs bedrooms.
