Wonderful stay

The villa is amazing and in a great location with sweeping views of the coast. Great for friends and family gatherings thanks to its very generous outdoor patio and separate kitchen. The pool area is as great! Highly recommended

WOW! We loved our stay at Villa La Colombara. Here are the 5 reasons that you must choose this villa for your next holiday. 1) - Carlo, the property manager is stupendous! He was so welcoming, charming, and attentive. We never had a bad meal because he provided us with the best restaurant recommendations. 2) - The view is unmatched. From the main bedroom, you can sit in bed and see the coastline and twinkling lights at night. Just gorgeous. 3) - The area has everything you could want within a 5 to 15 minute drive...beaches, shopping, wineries, agritourism, medieval villages, bike rentals, gelato, grocery store, and more. 4) - Privacy - you feel like you are all alone on your little hilltop paradise, and finally 5) - to die for pizza and gelato are only 5 minutes away. I miss paradise already:)

Beautifull property with georgeous views.

This Villa is unbelievable experience with it’s surroundings. We stayed with our family here for nearly 2 weeks and we could not believe how amazing were the views of the sea and the country with it’s small towns around from its many terraces and the bedrooms. The pool is beautifull and it was definitely one of the best spots at the Villa. The house itself had the better times behind. We enjoyed many interesting and valuable historical pieces in the rooms, but bathrooms need an upgrade and the kitchen is a challenge in case you really like to cook, especially for more people and when staying for longer time like we did. Despite of that, we had such a great stay and we would love to come back. Even our children felt in love with this place (4-9-12-14), although for baby boy it was little difficult to keep him away from all the great and interesting things there ;) Carlo, the host, is great guy, very friendly and always helpful with everything needed. Posizione Perfetta

La villa è immersa in un parco meraviglioso con un angolo piscina spettacolare. Sirolo e le sue spiagge sono raggiungibili in 5 minuti mentre Numana in 10. Dalla veranda si ha una vista impagabile. La casa è grande e comoda, unico appunto per i proprietari è quello di alleggerirla un po' dai mobili di pregio che sono presenti. Una menzione particolare a Carlo che oltre ad essere gentile, professionale e simpatico ha un amore immenso per la sua terra ed è sempre disponibile per fornire utili consigli.

Giardino e vista magnifici!

Bellissima posizione, la vista magnifica e il giardino molto piacevole, la piscina costruita con molto gusto, in mezzo al verde ma con la vista sul mare. La casa molto carina, con un fascino della vecchia casa di famiglia. Carlo e’ stato super disponibile, sempre attento ad ogni esigenza e molto gentile.
