About this property

Beautiful little villa with an ocean view, 4 km from the beaches, featuring a mini-jacuzzi pool.

A charming little villa with a fantastic ocean view, 4 km from the beaches of Porto Potenza Picena. The house is situated on a hillside in a quiet, secluded residential area and features two double bedrooms (one of which can accommodate three people), a bathroom, and a living room with a fully equipped open kitchen. The house is equipped with televisions and fans in every room. The house is very bright, and the living room opens onto a porch where you can enjoy lunches and dinners with friends. The property is complemented by a garden of approximately 200 metres
that surrounds the house. An elegant mini-pool, a masterpiece of Italian design, enhances this charming property. Its dimensions—4.20 x 2.20, depth 70—make it perfect for both adults and children. The gentle whirlpool and hand-woven fibres are ideal for moments of well-being and total relaxation. Next to it is a small guest shower.

Maison mitoyenne sympa
