A very enjoyable visit thank you: a spacious house, helpful personnel on site, good location And the adjoining restaurant was great too. A couple of niggles: 1 It was hard to contact the owner in advance of the trip (this is an issue with Belvilla's process, not the owner's fault, I think) 2 Kitchen equipment such as bowls, dishes, knives etc. were rather limited (though the kitchen itself was large, with three ovens, two dishwashers and two fridges, and plenty of pantry space)

Great Weekend in Beautiful Austria

The Accommodation was basic but all necessities were provided. Extra bonus having so many bedrooms allowing all guests privacy when wanted. Electricity and heating costs are surprisingly expensive but all in all a very good value property from which we had a wonderful weekend. Thank you Team!

Beautiful complex, ideal for large groups - we had a great time. The furniture in the outdoor area is very scarce for the number of guests and should be renewed. The electricity price charged is very high, which you should be aware of when booking.

We had an incredible time at Forellenhof! The space was massive, easily accommodating our group of 50 without feeling crowded, The communal areas were perfect for gatherings, and we loved the cozy feel of the Austrian living rooms, The kids had a blast in the garden, especially with the barbecue and fire pit, The location was fantastic too—right by the ski bus stop, making it so easy to hit the slopes, The sauna was a wonderful bonus after a day of skiing, Highly recommend for large groups!

Ohne Bedenken würde ich wieder buchen. Die großzügigen Wohnräume machten es leicht zusammen Zeit zu verbringen oder auch mal Ruheplätze zu finden. Der Skibus hält nur wenige Schritte entfernt, was uns ganztägig Wege erspart hat. In der Sauna fanden zehn Personen bequem Platz , das machte alle nach kalten Tagen zufrieden.

Frau Sabine als Ansprechpartnerin im Haus ist wirklich super. Sie unterstützt sofort und kümmert sich um alle Anliegen, die wir als Gruppe benötigten. Leider ist das Haus selbst in keinem guten Zustand. Die Lattenroste der Betten sind katastrophal. Lauter gebrochene Latten. Zu Teil fehlten sie komplett. Und auch in der Küche müsste man mal Hand anlegen. Grundsätzlich ist der Forellenhof ein super schönes Freizeithaus. Aber es bedarf einiger Renovierungstätigkeiten, um es dauerhaft zu erhalten.

Dieses Haus ist eine Katastrophe. Ein kurzer Auszug aus dem, was wir erlebt haben: Schmutzige Zimmer, nicht funktionierender Abfluss, Schimmel in etlichen Zimmern, völlig unzureichende Küchenaustattung, Lärm von danebenliegendem Lokal, fehlende Glühbirnen, immer wieder funktionierte das Warmwasser nicht, unzählige Zigarretenkippen auf dem Areal vor dem Haus. Das einzig positive, was man erwähnen kann, ist das ehrliche Bemühen der Mitarbeiter, die Mängel abzustellen. Aber Bemühen ist zuwenig, wenn der Eigentümer kein Interesse hat (auf unsere Kritik wurde überhaupt nicht reagiert), kann man nichts ausrichten. Finger weg, sonst gibt es eine böse Überraschung!

De locatie is fantastisch! Slechts een korte rit met de skibus naar de pistes, en de omliggende natuur is prachtig om in de zomer te wandelen. De ruime leefruimtes maakten het gemakkelijk voor onze grote groep om te ontspannen.
