Casa Segaria is an entire holiday chalet in La Xara (Dénia) for families and groups of up to 12 guests. The private outdoor pool, Mediterranean garden and terraces are at the heart of the stay: dine outside, relax by the water, enjoy a barbecue and play table tennis.

INSIDE THE HOUSE
There are five bedrooms, three bathrooms, a living room and a full kitchen with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker and tableware. You also have free WiFi, air conditioning, heating, a Smart TV and private parking within the property. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available. Bed linen and towels are provided.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS FOR 12
One bedroom has a large double bed and a single bed; two bedrooms have a double bed each; another has two single beds; and the fifth has one single bed. The double sofa bed in the living room sleeps two. Maximum total occupancy is 12 guests, including the sofa bed. Of the three full bathrooms, one has a shower and two have a bathtub.

THE LOCATION
La Xara is a peaceful area of Dénia. Les Marines and Dénia beaches are about a 10-minute drive away, depending on route and traffic. La Sella Golf and central Dénia are also a short drive away. Pets are welcome subject to the listing's house rules and the stated supplement.

Well equipped, spacious and conveniently located

Very well appointed chalet with spacious gardens and good sized pool. Good local amenities and easy driving to Denia. With a 10 day stay I would have expected a change of bedding. Otherwise we were all very satisfied with our stay.

la xara villa

The fully air conditioned property was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful pool and garden. Town main street, supermarket and bakery only a short walk from the villa. One suggestion might be to upgrade the sink top in the en-suit, and some personal items from a previous guest had been left in the bedside drawer, but this was no big deal. All in all this is a lovely spacious villa to spend your holiday, well located with secure private parking. Would definitely use again.

Perfect house for a big family. Beds where perfect. The negative things where the table tennis was almost broken and not as nice as the picture showed. The tools in the kitchen was not the best and we missed garlic churcher, small spoons, butter knifes.

Sehr schönes Haus und freundliche Betreuung

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und haben einen tollen Urlaub in einem gepflegten Haus mit sehr schönem Garten verlebt. Es fehlte an nichts. Einzig die Tischtennisplatte ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und war deshalb nicht nutzbar. Ansonsten alles top. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Buena ubicación, la casa cómoda, limpia, amplia, con muchas comodidades, hemos pasado una nochebuena de lujo. La anfitriona muy amable y accesible. Es para repetir!!!
