Great location. Had everything we needed. Comfortable and clean. Only 10-15 minutes away from downtown restaurants and shops. Close to Arches National Park and Canyonlands National Park. I would definitely stay again.

Loved the 3 main bedrooms - all had bathrooms attached which was perfect for our family. Very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The location was great and easy to get to all of the attractions. The petroglyphs within walking distance was an extra bonus!

Very clean and comfortable condo close to Arches NP. Our family of 6 adults fit comfortably into the home. Very quiet with awesome view of the stars at night!

Perfect place to stay for a multigenerational trip. There was so much space to spread out and the layout was fantastic. Loved the roof top patio! There were a few appliances (coffee grinder, hand mixer) that didn’t work but I’m sure now that it is pointed out, they will get replaced. Highly recommend if you are there visiting Canyonland and Arches.

Fantastic quiet location on the edge of Moab. Great size for a family or group of friends out for an adventure. Rooftop patio was awesome for an evening of gazing at the stars.

Loved the location, the condo was a bit dusty and had quite a a few spider webs. There was a layer of dust on most of light fixtures. Many light fixtures needed updating. There was a stray pair of boxers in master closet. The washer and dryer seem real old and so did the toilets, thankfully there were plungers in the bathrooms. Toilets and faucets old in bathrooms. The beds in the room with the two queen size beds sunk down in the middle- one middle size adult in each bed. Master bed was comfy. Host did tell us they could send someone to clean condo but we declined. The three bedrooms with the three bathrooms was awesome. The rooftop-patio was sweet.

We had three couples (one with two young children) stay and the house was perfect. It was really convenient to all have our own bathrooms, the upstairs patio was a beautiful place to enjoy morning coffee, and the hot tub was a lovely addition.

Working with our host was very nice, easy, and quick with responses. We really liked the house and its location. Each bedroom had its own, private bathroom, which was a pleasant surprise. The bedrooms were nice and large. The hot tub and grill were both in excellent condition.
