Absolutely beautiful house with lots of space, and extremely well-equipped. We had a bit of an issue with aircon in two of the bedrooms- the housekeeper was very helpful and sorted out one, but not the other, so we made use of fans as it was 37degrees.Otherwise everything was perfect, especially the pool which was very much enjoyed by the children in the group, The house is in a very beautiful part of Umbria, and we were able to visit different parts of the lake, Perugia, the chocolate factory and Assisi
