Villa Inglese sits overlooking the Upper Tiber Valley. Rebuilt farmhouse with lovely gardens, landscaped lawns and olive trees. 15m Double infinity pool, lights at night. Spacious, elegantly yet comfortably furnished country villa. Very easy to manage with all mod cons and a few ancient ones as well. Big windows, light and airy. Very convenient for art, history, shops, restaurants and walks. Huge fantastic kitchen, all mod-cons. Billard room with full size table.

Amazing place!

We were two families of four staying at this wonderful villa. We all had seen the photos online but we all agreed they don’t do it justice - it is a grand villa in scale and beauty. The kitchen was wonderfully equipped and there was plenty of everything. The pool is beautiful and cooling and the property is well looked after by a really helpful local couple who gave us a crate full of home grown fruit and veg. The owner couldn’t have been more helpful with her advice and recommendations, and leaving us larder supplies to get us fed and watered upon arrival! It is in a peaceful location but you can still walk to two lovely local restaurants. There is so much to see in the surrounding area, beautiful hilltop villages, vineyards and we also made trips further afield to Rome, Pisa, Florence, Lake Trasemeno and the waterfalls. We would thoroughly re commend a stay at Villa Inglese!

Merci Lynda, très belle maison, très grande, magnifique piscine à débordement, vue et environnement très calme. Emplacement idéal à 30mm-1h de voiture de bcp de village historiques. Check in et out simple. Idéal pour mixer visite et détente au bord de la piscine. Tout l'équipement nécessaire est présent. Suggestion d'amélioration : les transat piscine sont très "cheap" et toute la vaisselle est en plastique (pas super pour le vin...). Également : les matelas sont de qualité très inégales selon les chambres. A savoir : il n'y a pas de climatisation. Ce n'est pas gênant la journée la maison reste fraîche mais plus compliqué dans les chambres la nuit au mois d'août...

Relaxing stay in a beautiful house

Very comfortable spacious house. Very well equipped kitchen with fantastic indoor pizza oven. Large covered outdoor area for eating under, relaxing and escaping from the sun! Kids played for hours in the pool which has a deep end safe for diving and shallow end good for younger kids. Private not overlooked , 2 minute cycle to local pizzeria

Where to start, this Villa is like a home from home with the amazing benefit of unbelievable views, a gorgeous fun pool and all the mod cons. It can either be a total chill holiday because of its location which is too picturesque or a family fun holiday because of all the added benefits Billiard table, fuzeball, glorious pool, Ipod players and so much SPACE you can echo. All generations can go thanks to the lift (which is very handy with heavy suitcases). I only came back yesterday and am already planning to return because unlike my normal holidays I really didn't want to come home.
