Brilliant

The villa, facilities and location were brilliant, with an added bonus of an emu in the adjacent field! The lounge and dining area are a lot larger than the photos illustrate. The only thing to be aware of is that you need to either bring or purchase incidentals like salt, pepper, tin foil, olive oil etc. However, this should deter you renting the villa. I would definitely rent the villa again and highly recommend the it to anyone visiting Mallorca.

Lovely villa. Plenty of space and immaculately clean. Excellent communication with the Villa management company leading up to the stay. The bedrooms are air conditioned which was wonderfiul. The only criticism was the TV - it doesn't appear to be a SMART TV and we could only access 3 channels, which were all in Spanish, so I would recommend bringing your devices if you like a bit of holiday TV watching. Great location - very close to Pollenca, which is a beautiful place. You will need a hire car for this villa. It was pretty straight forward to find, but the roads are VERY narrow with stone walls (and cats!) so not or for the feint hearted, particularly after dark. Sehr schöne Villa, perfekt für einen entspannten Urlaub

Die Villa ist wie auf den Fotos abgebildet und hat unseren Erwartungen voll entsprochen. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr gut und man hat alles, was man braucht. Der Pool ist sehr schön und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Wir hatten einen Stromausfall von 12h, da die Wasseraufbereitungsanlage immer wieder einen Kurzschluss ausgelöst hat. Leider war der Kundenservice und die Kommunikation sehr, sehr schlecht und unfreundlich. Zudem kam, dass wir durch den Stromausfall viele Lebensmittel entsorgen mussten. Auch hierzu kam nicht mal eine Entschuldigung. Die Zwischenreinigung wurde leider auch nicht wie angekündigt durchgeführt. Wir mussten den nächsten Tag nachfragen, obwohl man sich bei uns melden wollte. Daher gibt es auch hier den Punkt Abzug für die Sauberkeit. Denn wenn ich so einen Service anbiete, muss es auch funktionieren.
