This apartment was excellent for our group of six. It was spacious, comfortable, and in a perfect location for exploring all of the major sights on foot. Communication from time of booking throughout our stay was beyond excellent. Silvana greeted us at the front door when we arrived and walked us through everything we needed to know. She also gave us a great suggestion for a cafe down the street! We would absolutely stay here again.

Great location and ample space. Had some trouble with hot water initially but were able to flip the breaker and get it going. The hot water heat up process is a pain in the butt for early morning showers. Thankful for a washing machine in the apartment. We would stay here again if ever in Athens. So convenient to so many places.

Excellent flat in a quiet street, but close to shops, restaurants and a lovely bakery. Accommodation was very comfortable and communication / check in was super easy. Recommended.

Centrally located. Great communication with hosts. Farmers market one block away on Thursday. Lots of places to grab coffee, or a bite within a few blocks.

Location was perfect, we did Big Bus double decker and would start and end our day at stop 3 Red Line each day. Just a short easy walk with grocery, ice cream, wine and spirits along the way. Friday morning when we headed out was surprised to have a lovely fresh market just a block away. One small issue with hot water but got a text back on what was the problem. Great restaurants all within walking distance, again easy walking but, have good shoes as road can be slippery when wet and very uneven at time. Our Hostess met us right when our taxi from airport arrived and helped us up to apartment. Had great information about the area and answered a lot of our questions. We arranged airport pick up and cruise drop off through hostess, worked out perfectly. I would for sure stay again. Thanks you.

Super location and food options

Loved the location - close to lots of neighbourhood vibe restaurants and a 15 minute walk from the Acropolis. Theoharis arranged an airport pick up - driver was so friendly, prompt and gave lots of restaurant tips. Was great to have two bathrooms,, three bedrooms, excellent clothes washer and lots of lines to dry clothes.

Enjoyed our visit to Athens. Only used apartment for sleeping and washing close. Local eateries are plentiful and well priced. Decided we did not need to buy groceries except for wine to go with our left overs from the restaurants.

Fantastic Experience

Wonderful apartment with all the amenities you would want. Great communication and very helpful setting up an airport pick up. Location is convenient to many attractions and there are plenty of very good cafes and shops close by. Hope to be back to Athens and this apartment.

We had a lovely time in Athens at the apartment. All of the basic supplies were provided plus lovely soaps and shampoo. We had a couple of requests that were addressed immediately. The hosts were very responsive and communicate was great. Highly recommend!

Great location, clean, responsive owner

A group of four friends (one couple, two singles) stayed in this apartment for three nights in July 2024. We had a really lovely stay and really enjoyed this apartment and its location within easy walking distance of all the attractions, plus we were within two or three blocks of great restaurants and a couple of microbreweries. Harry, the owner, and Hanni, the caretaker, were kind and very responsive to our needs, including booking us a fantastic taxi driver whom we used several times while we were there. The apartment wasn’t super posh but it was totally comfortable and adequate. I would definitely stay there again.

This was an ideal location and apartment size for our family for our stay in Athens. We could walk or take Uber easily to all the nearby sites and for day trips. The 3 bedroom apartment is spacious and beautiful. Harry, our host was outstanding with communications on things to do and for arrangements for transfers to and from the airport. He had someone meet us at the apartment to check in and the process was very smooth and also provided us with another contact if anything was needed. We walked up the nearby trails on the hill a couple times for the marvelous view of the Acropolis. The kitchen had all we needed. There were terrific places to eat and get groceries a short walk away. We would stay there again if in Athens. The whole experience was excellent!
