Apollonos Amalia Studio - Apollonos Studio

Thank you so much for the great review Les! Me and Roman were both delighted to host you. We truly love our neighborhood, having that supermarket across the street and our favorite restaurant just around the corner makes life so much easier, and we're glad you felt the same! It was a pleasure sharing our local tips with you, and we’d be thrilled to welcome you back anytime you’re in town.

Thank you so much for the lovely review Maureen! We are so glad you were able to take advantage of the 'walkable' location,it’s our favorite thing about the area, too. It’s wonderful to hear that you got to enjoy the evening energy and restaurants while still having a quiet place to retreat to at night. We’re happy we had everything you needed for a great stay!

Thank you so much for your kind words regarding our team and our location! We are thrilled you felt well-taken care of, though we are truly sorry that the layout and certain features of the apartment didn't meet your personal needs. We appreciate your specific feedback, it’s incredibly helpful. We are currently looking into adding clearer instructions for the shower system and evaluating how we can optimize the bedside and kitchen space for better comfort. Regarding the layout, we try to capture the space accurately in our photos, but we understand that 'feel' can be subjective, and we'll review our listing to ensure it's as clear as possible for future guests. We would love to host you again! We do have other properties in the area that offer more generous square footage and different layouts, please reach out to us directly before your next trip so we can personally help you select the perfect, more spacious fit for your height and preferences. Safe travels!

Thank you so much for this wonderful and detailed review! We were so sorry to hear about your cruise, but we are incredibly happy that we could provide a 'great night of sleep' and a peaceful retreat during a stressful travel day. We know how confusing the winding streets of Athens can be when you're tired and carrying luggage. She was so happy to finally spot you both resting just around the corner. We always say that in Athens, you are often 'so far away yet so close' to where you need to be! It was a true pleasure for Anna and Velia to support you, from staying in contact during your delays to ensuring you finally made it to your room. We hope the rest of your trip was much smoother and that we get to welcome you and Maria back to Athens again soon—hopefully for that cruise next time! Warmly, Theoharis

Thank you for your detailed feedback. We’re so glad you enjoyed the renovated bathroom and the warm welcome from Constantina! She truly is a star on our team. We sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered. Please be assured that we have a professional pest control service treat the building regularly; however, in historic areas like Plaka, an occasional 'visitor' can find its way in. We have performed an extra deep-clean and treatment following your stay to ensure this doesn't happen again. Most importantly, we want to let you know that the AC has been fully inspected and repaired. It is now blowing ice-cold for our future guests. We appreciate you bringing that to our attention so we could address it immediately. While our building has the classic charm of an older Athenian property, we are always working on updates, and your feedback regarding the kitchen is very helpful for our future planning. Safe travels and thank you again for your stay!
