Gîte-Family-Ensuite with Bath-Garden view

This house is ideal for 8 people. It is attached to the owners' house but you have a completely private space with an independent entrance and private area.

This old farmhouse is very spacious.

You have a terrace and a private fenced garden at the front and back of the cottage.

You can also enjoy the meadow at the back that extends to the stream below when there are no animals present.

You also have the option to park 3 cars in front of the establishment (private parking).

On the ground floor, you will find a hall, a living room with dining area and lounge, a kitchen, a toilet, a children's area and a shower room.

The kitchen is well equipped with all the necessary cooking facilities, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, electric kettle, coffee machine and steamer.

On the first floor, 3 bedrooms are offered to you with 1 bathroom with a bath.

You will find 2 bedrooms with a double bed of 1.40m, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The family room has a double bed of 1.40m, two single beds and a cot. Pillows and duvets are provided but you must bring your own bed linen. You must also bring your own bath towels.

The heating is oil-fired and in each room you have an electric radiator.
