Appartamento Kaloo - Ristrutturato nel 2019, Tranquillo e ben Collegato

Kaloo is an apartment that was completely renovated in June 2019, located on the third floor (with an lift) of a 1970s apartment building.
We’ve done our best to pay attention to every detail in Kaloo’s renovation and furnishings, so you’ll feel pampered, just like at home.
The living area consists of a spacious living room with a sleeper sofa, satellite TV with over 4,000 channels, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything we think you might need: pots, pans, utensils, cutlery, plates, glasses, mugs, and coffee cups. We always have some salt, sugar, spices, coffee, tea, oil, vinegar, and cleaning supplies on hand.
In the living room, you’ll find flyers, maps, and tourist brochures, as well as information on local restaurants. If you’re sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room, you’ll have access to an open closet equipped with hangers.
The living room/kitchen opens onto the terrace, where you can hang laundry or smoke (the only place where it’s allowed), sheltered from the sun and rain thanks to the roller shades. The living room also houses one of the two air conditioners in the house; the other is in the hallway, between the doors leading to the two bedrooms.
The master bedroom has a double bed (160x200) and a 6-door wardrobe, inside which you’ll also find brooms, a vacuum cleaner, an iron, and an ironing board.
The second bedroom has a double bed (160x200) with storage space under the mattress and a 3-door chest of drawers.
The bathroom features a spacious shower, sink, toilet, bidet, and washing machine. There is also an ante-bathroom (which we’ve labelled as a “guest bathroom”) containing only a second sink, separated from the rest of the bathroom by a door (very practical and much appreciated, we assure you). You’ll find towels, a hair dryer, soap, shower gel, and shampoo at your disposal.
In the entryway, there’s a large closet where you can store jackets and coats and find spare blankets and pillows, while on the landing near the front door, there’s a shoe rack for your footwear and an umbrella stand. Kaloo is equipped with central heating, but each individual radiator can be adjusted, allowing you to achieve the desired level of comfort in every room of the house.
