LA VISUALE – SEA VIEW HOLIDAY HOME IN SALENTO
"La Visuale" is a sea view holiday home located in Marina di Novaglie, a small town on the Adriatic coast about 9 km from Santa Maria di Leuca.
The house has just been renovated, has one double bedroom and private outdoor space. It is located on the coast road sp. 358 which connects Marina di Novaglie to the Ciolo bridge and Santa Maria di Leuca.
It is also in the Otranto-Santa Maria di Leuca Regional Park, a protected area located along the coastal perimeter of Salento, characterized by olive groves, Mediterranean scrub and high cliffs overlooking the sea.
The house is equipped with air conditioning and internet Wi-Fi.
THE HOUSE
The house is about 35 square meters large and can comfortably accommodate up to 2 guests.
It consists of a living room furnished with a double bed, a complete bathroom with shower and a complete and equipped kitchenette with crockery, pots and all the main accessories for cooking.
THE OUTDOOR AREA
La Visuale has a courtyard (furnished with table and chairs) and a small terrace with a splendid panoramic sea view of Marina di Novaglie and the Adriatic coast. The small terrace houses a sitting room, an ideal place to relax outside, and an outdoor shower.

From Marina di Novaglie it is possible to rent kayaks, organize boat trips to see the caves along the coast and guided dives to explore the clear waters. Alternatively, you can take a walk along the beautiful "Sentiero delle Cipolliane" overlooking the sea.
Marina di Novaglie offers a wonderful protected bathing area for adults and children. Other beaches in the immediate vicinity are the Ponte del Ciolo, Marina Serra, Tricase Porto, Santa Maria di Leuca and the Maldives of Salento.
