The ample lawn surrounding the house and your pool will delight your children and small pets, who can enjoy it freely whenever you’d rather not go to the beach.

The garden’s entrance gate faces Via Litoranea and is located two and a half kilometres from the beach, with its dunes of fine sand. You can enjoy the beach by using either the free, public areas or the beach clubs equipped to meet all tourists’ needs.

Other leisure options in the immediate vicinity include visits to the various coastal lakes or walks in the Circeo National Park, where, in addition to the dense vegetation, it’s common to spot young fawns—and your home is situated within the park’s boundaries.

From Villa Bella, I also recommend other excursions that are less than a half-hour drive away: the medieval village of Sermoneta, the wonderful Ninfa Gardens, San Felice Circeo, and the historic village of Nettuno.
But there are many other day trips to take, such as visiting the Pontine Islands, which lie directly across from us and are often visible to the naked eye from the beach.
