The house is located in one of the most suggestive corner of the old town of San Felice Circeo, on the sea side and at 500mt from free and equipped beaches.

The house can accommodate up to 4 adult persons. It consists of 2 double room with sea view, Air Conditioning, living room with fireplace, Tv led, stereo system, Internet Wi-Fi, sofà, books, movies, a fully equipped and ready to use kitchen (kitchenware, spoons, detergents, basic condiments, toaster, coffè machine, etc.), bathroom with shower, a small forecourt, for a total of 70 m².
We provide sheets, towels, kitchen linen, toilet papers, detergents and cleanings equipment, safe box, hair dryer, washing machine, beach games for kids and many more.
The owner will be glad to help guests learn more about the natural, archeological and historical attractions of San Felice Circeo, about restaurants, wine routes, shops, etc.

Schöne, saubere Unterkunft in einer wunderschönen Umgebung. Auch der Gastgeber war mega nett und hat uns viele Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen.

Piacevole soggiorno a San Felice

L'appartamento è piccolo ma molto carino e dotato di aria condizionata, tv, lavatrice, elettrodomestici per la casa. In pieno centro storico, vicino ai locali del. paese (un po' rumoroso ma.solo nei weekend più affollati). Purttoppo non ha uno spazio all'aperto vivibile.

Non è vero che la casa non ha uno spazio all'aperto vivibile. In quattro ci si sta strettini, ma ci si sta! Gli ospiti più intraprendenti mettono tavolo e sedie nello spiazzale pubblico antistante la proprietà, come si può osservare in una delle foto pubblicate sul sito. Basta ritirarli una volta terminato.

Buona posizione anche se difficolta' nel parcheggio sotto casa .Accesso al mare a piedi : andata 10 minuti in allegria , ritorno 30 min e più con sudore e fatica . Appartamento gradevole accanto il Ristopub ( ottima pizza ) , nel centro storico , limitazioni televisive ma superabili . Complessivamente giudizio buono

Purtroppo quest'anno, per la prima volta, non sono stato presente fin dall'inizio della stagione e sono quindi mancati i miei consigli su dove trovare ulteriori posti auto nei parcheggi delle due scuole vicino casa, in estate adibiti a parcheggi pubblici gratuiti. I canali televisivi sono satellitari e bisogna utilizzare il telecomando del decoder per cambiare canale e non quello del televisore. Anche se non ci siamo visti, caro Pierluigi, spero di riaverla come mio ospite e di poterla assistere nel migliore dei modi. Grazie

Una bomboniera di casa!

La casa è deliziosa, curata nei minimi dettagli, funzionale e molto pulita...Eravamo in 2 adulti e 3 adolescenti e siamo stati benissimo! Andrea? Un padrone di casa davvero speciale!!! L’unico piccolissimo neo è la confusione serale visto che è davanti ad un pub frequentato da giovani fino a tardi...ma è il giusto prezzo da pagare per essere nel centro storico e comunque vicino al mare che raggiungevamo a piedi! Provare per credere...consigliatissimo!!!

Ad Agosto il centro storico prende vita nelle ore serali, come è normale in un paese turistico. Fortunatamente le camere da letto sono poste sul lato tranquillo dell'edificio.

Schöne Wohnung in bezaubernder Altstadt

Zentral gelegene, mit Liebe eingerichtete, sehr saubere Wohnung. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand. Zuvorkommender Vermieter, ist bei Rückfragen gut zu erreichen. Es war ein sehr schöner und erholsamer Aufenthalt in San Felice.

Att få bo precis intill den historiska lilla byn San Felice är helt fantastiskt. Fantastisk utsikt och nära havet, en lång brant backe för att nå havet, vi hade bil så det va tur. Kan verkligen rekommendera detta boende. En uppdatering av husgeråd bör ses över (kastruller och stekpannor) Det är en hel del trappor så har man problem med att gå så är det tyvärr inte att rek. The perfect romantic get away!

Wonderful seaside town with beautiful beaches with the town center sitting high up on the hill overlooking the beaches and mountains. Our apartment was situated atop the hill just 30 steps up to the main town square. Tucked away from all the excitement in the Piazza. Great Restaurant just 15 steps up from the apartment with incredible views of the mountains and the Mediterranean Ocean. The apartment owner Andrea was prompt to help us with our bags and even stayed and chatted with us advising the best beaches and restaurants to visit. My wife and I would recommend Andrea’s apartment to anyone looking for a perfect romantic get away!

Il proprietario é sempre disponibile, l'appartamento è carino e curato nei particolari. Le foto rispecchiano la realtà. Nessun problema con il parcheggio auto anche se siamo nel centro storico. Da consigliare!!!

Liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung im Bergdorf in der Nähe des Strandes

Die Wohnung hat zwei Schlafzimmer, eine Küche mit Ausgang nach draußen und ein größeres Bad (Dusche) sowie ein direkt an die Küche angrenzendes Wohnzimmer. Von der Küche kann man direkt auf den winzigen Vorplatz gehen (das Wort Terrasse wäre etwas zu hoch gegriffen. Dort haben ein kleiner Tisch mit zwei Stühlen Platz). Die Wohnung ist sehr hübsch eingerichtet und wohnlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es gibt einen Stern Abzug, eigentlich nur, weil das Wohnzimmer nicht so hell ist, wie die Bilder zeigen. (Das Fenster ist sehr klein). Andrea, der Vermieter, ist sehr nett und hat uns mit den Informationen zur Umgebung bestens versorgt.

Great little property

I give this apartment 5 stars because the owner is such a good landlord. Andreas Guattari is full of good information, on call at all times so kind and helpful. Be aware that the apartment is fairly basic and a little out of date but is charming nether the less. It is situated on the steps from the pretty historic village of San Felice Circeo down to the fabulous beach and port. This does make it fairly noisy and it's right next door to The Pub over The Sea restaurant so can also be noisy but not until too late, and was not a problem for us. We ate several times at the restaurant and can recommend. Walking down to the sea and beach is fine but be aware the road is on a very steep incline, a heart attack walk if your older or unfit. This area is not suitable for disabled or very unfit persons. However in the season there is a good bus service. The house has a very small outside area which faces the street where you can sit ( max 2 persons ) The village is pretty and historic, has a few shops and a variety of restaurants, an amazingly pretty church and some nice friendly cafes. San Felice is a pretty uniquely Italian resort with only a very small international influx, most visitors are from Rome. Loved it. Fantastic spot near beautiful beaches!

My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed San Felice Circeo! Andrea's place was conveniently located and just a short walk to a beautiful beach. We were able to prepare most of our meals at home (although only one cooking pan is available! Just something to be aware of if you plan to do a lot of cooking!) We enjoyed dining at a few restaurants, including the pub that is only a few steps up from the front door! We also drove about 20 minutes to a more secluded beach which was a great recommendation from Andrea. There are several fun excursions available nearby, but unfortunately our stay was too short to enjoy them all! Andrea is a fantastic host--warm and kind and willing to answer a million questions. :) Check this place out, you won't regret it!

Nice week in the historic center

We spent a nice week in the historic center of San Felice Circeo. There is a nice public beach just a five minutes walk from the front door and the closest restaurant is located next door. National park of Circeo is close by and also intresting caves. Short drive to the oppsite side of Mont Circeo and you are in a long beautiful beach that goes on until Sabaudia. Thanks for Andrea for good and polite service.

Schöne Wohnung am Centro Storico

"Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und nett eingerichtet. Man ist mitten im Geschehen, Restaurants, Pizzerien , Bars Supermarkt, alles ist schnell erreicht. Köstliche Croissants zum Frühstück gibt es an der Bar über der Wohnung. Der Strand ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen (sehr schön), wenn auch der Rückweg durch die Höhe anstrengender ist. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, zuverlässig und unkompliziert, wir kommen gerne wieder."

Schöne Altstadtwohnung, Nähe Meer

Sehr gemütlich und schön/individuell/geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in der Altstadt von San Felice Circeo. Das Meer ist trotzdem fussläufig erreichbar (ca. 500 Meter, Berg hinunter). Wohnung auch für Kleinkinder geeignet (wir waren 2 Erwachsene, 1 Kind 4 Jahre, 1 Kind 1 Jahr). Vermieter ist sehr um das Wohlergehen der Gäste bemüht und gibt viele gute Tipps (wir konnten davon leider nur die Pferderanch umsetzen). Pub gegenüber hat gutes Bier (4 Sorten vom Fass) und leckere Pizza.
