Charming apartment on the beachfront in Benalmádena!:
Located on the beachfront and with stunning sea views, this duplex accommodation consists of a bedroom with two single beds ideal for a couple of friends. It also has a terrace where you can enjoy some wonderful moments enjoying your coffee while looking at the splendid sea views. Upstairs you will find the fully equipped kitchen with a cosy dining area, and the bathroom with a large designer shower. Not to be forgotten are the communal swimming pools, one for adults and one for children, all surrounded by large garden areas, perfect for relaxing and sunbathing. This is a perfect destination to come by car as there is open air parking in the community (in the high season months there is no guarantee that there will be free space, but next to the building there is a large esplanade where you can park). Accessibility not adapted, we hope you enjoy your stay! Please note that the swimming pool is only open during the summer season.
GHR Rentals will make a pre-authorisation of 150€ as a deposit which will be returned within a maximum of 7 days after your departure.
