A very comfortable studio apartment which is ideally situated.

A well equipped and comfortable apartment close to bus stops bars and restaurants and of course very close to the beach. The host Marcos was very easy to contact and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Perfect studio

This is a great little apartment in a very central location. Marcos ( the owner) could not have been more helpful. It was great to have all the little details i.e. hairdryer, iron, washing machine at our disposal. Water , coffee, etc also provided which makes the apartment seem like home. Will definitely be back. Description given was extremely poor

Bedroom looked like a cave with a curtain over the arched entrance. The two bed settees were uncomfortable to sit on. No full time reception, using phone not easy. TV very limited. Picture from the balcony looked like the facilities were present, however they belonged to the Balmoral. Lounge area too narrow when you put the coffee table at the settee. Bedding and towels in previous apartments were changed weekly. Previous apartments in Benalmadena, had receptions, bedroom with window and wardrobe, bigger lounge area, At least one English channel.

The apartment is the exactly like the pictures you saw on the web. My apartment is a private apartment not a hotel or aprathotel. In our information we also inform that the pool belongs to the hotel. And for the reception, we have up to 22h. In case anyone arrives later we have the security Box which is how you self check in.

Piso muy acogedor

El piso tenía de todo, no le faltaba detalle. Hay sillas y sombrillas para la playa. Buena terraza con vistas a la piscina del Hotel a la cuál también tienes acceso y por la noche ves los espectáculos. Muy buena ubicación, cerca de todo, nos ha gustado mucho.

La limpieza sobresaliente. La ubicación fantástica, ves la playa desde la terraza, la tienes al lado y nada agobiante, con sus chiringuitos chulos para los mayores y para los niños muy bien. Marcos ha sido estupendo, buena comunicación en todo momento. No hay que llevar nada porque tiene de todo para cocinar, para aseo y wc, limpieza, lavar ropa, ... hasta cosas para la playa, como sillas, cubos playa, sombrillas, ... El apartamento mejor que en las fotos y se duerme de 10, el colchón del dormitorio es extraordinario, sobre todo para los que tenemos algún dolor, y sin ruidos. Lo recomiendo 100 x 100.

We don't think this apartment should be let for long term.we don't think it was very comfortable. Also the bedroom was situated in the lounge and separated by just a curtain .There was everything in the apartment that you need.but only for short lets

Thanks for your feedback. The apartment is just like in the pictures, is small and perfect for long terms for one or two people. I'm glad to hear that the apartment has everything. We have resolved all the little problems that appeared, also we bought another heater for the bedroom like you asked. We are always available for our guests, and we think that is the best service that we can offer because we want our guests to feel like in their own homes.

Hemos pasado mi familia y yo una semana en este apartamento y repetiré sin duda. La ubicación de diez, a tan sólo dos minutos de la playa.Además desde la terracita disfrutábamos de las actuaciones del hotel Balmoral cada noche. La limpieza inmejorable. Disponíamos de internet gratis y de netflix, con los que los niños estaban encantados.Los caseros muy amables, el día que llegamos nos tenían unas cervezas y unos refrescos en la nevera. Además el apartamento dispone de aire acondicionado. Anímense porque sin duda merece la pena

Beau, propre et confortable petit appartement. Très bien équipé pour notre séjour de 9 semaines. Marcos nous à très bien accueilli avec un petit cadeau de bienvenue et a rapidement réglé le problème mineur avec le four. Nous n'avons qu'à traverser la rue principale et nous sommes sur la plage. Nous sommes près de tout, épicerie, restaurants, banques, arrêt de bus, taxis juste à l'extérieur de l'édifice, promenade de bord de mer, et bien plus.

The air conditioning needs cleaning

The apartment was very cold as the air conditioning wasn't working properly and large amounts of rust kept falling off onto the balcony. We did not get Netflix as promised.

A great location

We had an enjoyable 10 day stay at this well located apartment. The property was in OK condition with everything you need for a nice break. The apartment is in a block of apartments above shops and restaurants but this did not disturb us in anyway. The apartment was very quiet at night even though the apartment faced a large hotel. We would have no hesitation in booking this property again. I must say that Marcos the owner was very helpful in explaining everything we needed to know.
